Happy Halloween! Woohoo the store is decked out with decorations. And there's candy for treats? Tyler greeted me right away ready to take my order ...nice. I felt welcome I was doing Door dash deliveries ( say that 3xfast 😂) and there was a problem with the order...we resolved it super quick with customer& stor, and I was still on my way in a reasonable time. Pop in grab a bite...you'll be convinced that Arby's is doing it right!

The drink machine is so nasty. All of the drinks tasted like mildew. And the sweet tea was the only decent drink and that was also so nasty. Such a bad lunch I had with no good drink. The floors was so sticky I was sticking to the floor.

I wanted to order 4 buffalo sliders, a large fry and a mozz stick. I waited 18 mins in the drive through for 1 slider?(guess they didnt here me say 4), cold fries and semi decent mozz sticks. This is unacceptable.

The young lady Grace was extremely nice! She should be promoted ASAP. She was helpful in my ordering.
The lobby was a little messy and the drink machines, but the service and food were both good. Would eat there again!

The fish sandwich is the best sandwich I’ve had! It has shredded lettuce, nice tasting fish and size, tarter sauce etc. the best!

I've always enjoyed the food there. Until...I ordered a drink (strawberry lemonade), let me add, I have a sensitivity to cold, and some drinks are extremely cold due to the amount of ice put in the drink. First, I ordered no ice, I was told that I couldn't order with no ice, so I changed it to light ice. Well, I was told I couldn't modify my drink. So, let me get this straight. I'm spending my money and I can't get what I want. The reasoning behind this is that the lemonade is costly, and therefore, I have to take my drink filled with ice. So, I kindly took my order without a drink and went to Zaxbys, which was out of my way, but they had no hassle over me ordering with light ice or no ice. I don’t know if every Arby's is doing that, but I will no longer be going back. Thanks Arby's for the cold food.
