I've always enjoyed the food there. Until...I ordered a drink (strawberry lemonade), let me add, I have a sensitivity to cold, and some drinks are extremely cold due to the amount of ice put in the drink. First, I ordered no ice, I was told that I couldn't order with no ice, so I changed it to light ice. Well, I was told I couldn't modify my drink. So, let me get this straight. I'm spending my money and I can't get what I want. The reasoning behind this is that the lemonade is costly, and therefore, I have to take my drink filled with ice. So, I kindly took my order without a drink and went to Zaxbys, which was out of my way, but they had no hassle over me ordering with light ice or no ice. I don’t know if every Arby's is doing that, but I will no longer be going back. Thanks Arby's for the cold food.

They're severely understaffed, and the cash register equipment gives the poor employees a lot of trouble. Please don't be mean to the employees. It's not their fault, and they're all very nice. I recommend eating elsewhere until the issues are under control, but the food quality is still good.

Went there for lunch. Ordered a combo meal, the cashier wasn't friendly. When I went to fill my cup the soda was flat. I told the cashier, her response was I told them. So she filled it up from the drive thru. That soda was flat as well. So they are knowingly selling everyone nasty soda. The floors must have been moped with a greasy mop because all the floors in the dining room were slippery and greasy. Food was cooked correctly was the only positive thing. Kudos to the cooks!

They just lock the doors whenever they feel like it. Only allowing drive thru is an option I didn't know they had.
Fix your fryers... and when someone orders online and you guys don't have the means to make the order dont be rude to the customer...
