Just got gaslighted by the employees here. One of them cussed me out for asking why my order took almost 30 minutes. When I talked to the manager about it she said that did not happen because she did not hear it through the head set. When I tried to point out that he could have just turned it off so she did not hear, she asked the drive the employee if they heard him, she responded with laugh that she had not heard him cursing. I told the manager that I had been on the phone with someone who heard it too, she asked if I was named Karen and told me to leave before she called the cops.

They just lock the doors whenever they feel like it. Only allowing drive thru is an option I didn't know they had.

Ordered food here almost a month ago, got a confirmation email saying my order would be ready by 10:10pm. Well got there by 10:10 and they was closed and i was still charged for the order even tho i did not pick it up, tried calling several times couldn’t get anyone to answer so I email customer support. Called the store the next day and the GM knew exactly who I was without even my saying my name, and proceeded to tell me I picked up this order knowing I did not. I ordered on their website, and ended up having to drive to the Arby’s on the Beltline and pay for my order a second time! Terrible customer service, WILL NOT get any business from me again!!

When the only good review was 8 years ago it goes to show you how much has changed. Quit blaming Covid. Quality fast service should never be compromised for lack of employees and availability. Other restaurants in town haven't changed and some have improved after Covid. Ordering and having to wait for your food with others parked near you is a sign of laziness by management. Just close if you want to always disappoint everyone who use to love going there.
