Restaurant was not clean, health score 85 and I could see why. Employees not present at first. Had to call out to find someone. Eventually noticed there workers of which none had a sense of urgency. All this with no other customers in building. Just ordered shake and left. Got food elsewhere. 😔

I have been to this Arby's twice recently and both times they were out of roast beef. That is definitely a problem.

Good location but terrible service. They have not had soft drinks in over two months takes forever to get your food.

Came inside to eat. Soda machine down again. (Fine, I’ll drink lemonade), no turkey to make sandwiches, chicken inside chicken sandwich was over fried. This place just feels sad and defeated like corporate forgot them, and there is a lack of energy, cleanliness, and pride. Cashier took money and then went and scooped fries, when there was plenty of others to do that.

This place is a disaster. Went in to eat. Took more than 20 minutes to get our food handed to us. The woman working behind the counter had an open wound on arm and handling the food (saw this after placing order). The restroom was nasty with wet trash in floor from broken toilet. Serious danger for a bad slip. Needs a complete overhaul at this place.

Went for lunch door was locked 12 noon. They finally unlocked it. The hole place was dirty. No ice , no straws or ketchup. The girl taking orders either was new or didnt care. We got 2 roast beef classic meals. The drinks were flat and the french fries looked and tasted like last nights left overs. When i ask for new fries they said they didnt have any. The sandwiches were cold. Never have i gotten such bad serves or food. And i love arbys but will not go there. If the owner is not checking in on his/ her business maybe you should. Looks like nothing was cleaned from the night before ?

I came here for lunch today, and I regret it! The food wasn't good it was like it's been sitting out! We had to wait for our food for 10 mins and we only have 30 mins. The girl at the counter was asked by another customer for fresh fires, and she said ?. So then there is also no ketchup or straws or ice! Then we saw the girl rub her hands on the fries. So now we will not be back..

I walked up to the door and it was locked during business hours. So I saw some cars going through the drive-thru and went around. It was Sunday afternoon, and I expected them to have the dining area open. They said their employees didn't show up for work, so they only had the drive-through open. There were only two of them, and the wait was short. They were polite and got my order ready quickly. I left highly satisfied.
