Tiny scoop of ice cream for almost $3.00 and I couldn't even eat it, it was so bad. Taste was awful (tasted OLD), and it was crunchy/freezer burned.

We pulled up and sat behind a car at the speaker for 5 minutes. They drove off angry without ordering. We then sat at the speaker for 15 minutes. I assumed the speaker was broken or something. We pulled around to the window and waited another 10 minutes before someone came to help us. There were zero customers inside by the way. We were told that no one was wearing the headset that's why they never answered the drive-thru. Then we tried to order and they were out of most of their flavors. So we settled for some ice cream we didn't necessarily want. She then brings us our order and proceeds to tell us they are out of spoons. We would have gladly taken cones instead if we had been made aware of that fact to begin with. All in all the absolute worst experience I've ever had at any fast food establishment.

Wheelchair accessibility: They said their drive-thru was working after we sat at the speaker for 15 minutes and the window for 10. The employee said that no one was wearing the headset. As a handicap person in a wheelchair I depend on the drive-thru.

Well I went there cause doordash said they had certain flavors that I wanted. That wasn't the case. So instead ordered food and a couple donuts. Well they hand me the donuts and I want on the wrap and snack bacon. 10 minutes goes by before they even mention that they don't have the stuff for the wrap. They have not even started on the snack bacon. So I say nevermind on that and I'll just get a refund on the wrap but go ahead and do the bacon. Not 1 not 2 but all 3 employees look absolutely shocked and confused about my order. Like can you get it together. So I go to get the refund. The manager didn't seem to have it together either. To the point of having to call someone to tell them how to even give me a refund. There's a reason I don't like major chain places like this and this "quick" stop aka 20 minutes reminded me why.

Should have read the reviews before I took the grandkids to Baskin Robins in Decatur Al. today for ice cream. They only had the sample spoons for eating our ice cream. Come on now! The kids still enjoyed the ice cream but it took them an hour to eat it.

I should have looked at reviews before going in. I wanted a hot fudge sundae which has always been my go to. They said sorry we don’t have fudge right now without too much concern. Feels like coffee and donuts are more important to them. Baskin Robbin’s really needs to look at this place and see the black eye they are giving the brand. I’ll definitely not be back to this location AND will probably give the other ice cream shop brands preference over my childhood choice because it seems they’ve gone the way of many other iconic brand names.

Walked into the Decatur Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donits today. Two employees were working in the lobby cleaning tabels and BSing. Only one other customer was in the store and was being helped at the cash register. One of the employees in the lobby made eye contact with my wife but no one spoke to us. We stood in front of the ice cream displays for 5 minutes and no one came to help us. Really did not matter as the flavor of the month for Feb was not even displayed. Many of the ice cream slots were empty and many of the ones that had ice creams were very low and almost empty. They also do not answer the phone when called. Have tried for over a week to contact them with no success. Really did not appreciate driving to Decatur from Harvest only to be treated like this. Not a great way to run a business is all I can say.

I don’t recommend ever going here. We waited for 30 minutes at the counter. There was a guy at the counter , fiddling with the drawer contents. He gets off the phone trying to exchange drawers . He then takes the money and says he will be back after counting it. Meanwhile you have several girls that could help. At the front making drinks .. When we said something to one of the girls. She was very very rude and not interested in waiting on those of us that were inside the store - Her only worry was that the drive thru was full of people..

Went through the drive thru and ordered. I ordered baseball nut because I have been craving it. Sadly to say that I got down the road and realized they screwed my order up. I don't know what of the flavors that I got, but it wasn't baseball nut.
