Well , no brisket , ( why I came ) , No fries , I guess the sandwich will have to do . Not impressed. 2nd time for same thing.

I will start with the dining room was closed so i had to use the drive through for my pickup order. The younger female cashier with butterfly neck tattoos stated she “didn’t have my order at this location” which i doubled checked and it was the right location.Then she proceeds to tell me one of my items can’t be served past 3pm. Cool okay i still got charged for the order so i just needed what i paid for and a refund or replacement for the item not allowed.The cashier ignored me and waited 5 mins on the speaker to then ask me “what would you like to order?”. My online order i asked for 5 mins ago ? This place is normally my favorite but it has turned into a JOKE. New management might need new training as well.
Love the food here. Turkey and brisket are my go tos.

I ordered food from here to be delivered by DoorDash to make a long story short my food was stolen by the dasher so I called Big Bobs and the lady (wish I would of got her name ) when I tell y’all she went above and beyond for me to be able for me to get my food and I got my food hot and fast thank you to the young lady who did her big one for me

I haven’t eaten here in a long while. I thought I would get a turkey potato and a rib plate. The potato was rubbery as well as the turkey. The ribs over cooked and over seasoned. I did not know that if you go after 5pm the food went to hell. This was horrible. The Mac and cheese oh lord. I attached a photo you can pick up the whole clump with the fork. What happened to the pride in restaurants, and for 37 dollars. Never again
