I ordered food from here to be delivered by DoorDash to make a long story short my food was stolen by the dasher so I called Big Bobs and the lady (wish I would of got her name ) when I tell y’all she went above and beyond for me to be able for me to get my food and I got my food hot and fast thank you to the young lady who did her big one for me

I haven’t eaten here in a long while. I thought I would get a turkey potato and a rib plate. The potato was rubbery as well as the turkey. The ribs over cooked and over seasoned. I did not know that if you go after 5pm the food went to hell. This was horrible. The Mac and cheese oh lord. I attached a photo you can pick up the whole clump with the fork. What happened to the pride in restaurants, and for 37 dollars. Never again

I've been wanting to stop by for about 6 trips to Alabama now and we never seem to time it right except for TODAY!!! Timing worked out right on our trip back from Hodgenville, Kentucky back to Pelham. Well....not impressed at all. Bummed me out completely. Well, basically y'all are some yellow cups shy of being nothing more than a Dickies.

5 time Memphis in May world champion. Tells you all you need to know. The BBQ IS WORLD CLASS. Besides the pork this place has EXEPTIONAL pies. Coconut, pecan, chocolate. My goodness.
My bbq sandwich had nothing but hard chunks of pork, and fat. Worst bbq sandwich I've ever had.

Used to enjoy eating here, but over the past year this place has really gone downhill. The food is not as good as it used to be. The place is no longer clean and the staff seems uncaring and rude. They are too worried about gossiping than making sure to get a customer order correct. What has happened?

Where do I start... I will say this place is overrated... I got a rib plate and for the amount of money you pay and the little baby size portions , plus the ribs you get hardly have any meat on them so basically all we got was bones... We were not happy at all we left how we came hungry.. I will not waste my money again here and you shouldn't either. Especially asking for ribs cause all you will get is bones.. and I say that because I have given this establishment several chances with the rib plate and each time I have been disappointed

Told them three times I wanted my barbque pork sandwich plain nothing on it. The lady’s were to busy gossiping to even pay attention when I ask for sauce then when I get home the pork sandwiches had coleslaw on them which I’m allergic to and cannot eat.
