Much improved at this location. We moved here two years ago and found this Bojangles below par until last recent months. Glad to see better management. We like Bonjangles when managed correctly. Athens AL was the one accomustomed to before moving to Decatur.

Didn't receive all of my order. I called to inform them of the error and they didn't answer the phone the first 2 times I called. I tried to tell them what was on my receipt and recieved NOTHING!!

Someone needs to teach the little boys in the drive-thru how to talk to customers. Being teamed up in the drive-thru window getting stared at and yelling “baby”, flirting is ignorant as all get out. Not to mention I’d rather my kids not see or hear that.
They were so worried about yelling words at me, I had to remind them they still had my card AFTER I sat and waited for my food.

I’m sad to say I won’t be coming back to this place. Not because of the food, or poor service, but on the contrary the food and service has always been great. But due to the fact that they charge you for every extra condiment you ask for. This is unbelievable. They charged me .27 for a cup of ranch that wasn’t even full. This is corporate greed at its finest. You’ve lost me as a customer.

The closing time stated 10 pm on the door but the cashier said they were about to close at 8 pm. I ordered and paid for four pieces of white meat. I got 1 tiny breast, 2 bony wings, and 1 chicken leg. The chicken was right on the verge of not being fully cooked. The coleslaw and biscuit were good. The tea was soured and poured down my sink. The cashier was nice but not out of his way friendly. I'll try the restaurant once more and if not fully pleased, it'll be my last visit.
