Ok, the sweet lady who took my order was awesome. My husband's meal was good. The unsweetened tea however was gross. If I had tried it before I left that cup would have went right back inside.

I went through drive through and the smell of marijuana was so bad it was all on the bag and I had a child in the front seat. It was unprofessional and it is a bad look for the company when you drive up to the window and the strong smell of marijuana so bad that it makes you want to just drive away. The food is good tho

I had never had Bojangles. It's comparable to Popeyes and far better than KFC. Not greasy at all with just the right amount of spice!

Literally the best service I’ve received from fast food restaurant they where badass I called at 750 am to get biscuits for work 20 biscuits they had my order ready to go in 6 min by the time i pulled up in the drive through they where handing me my order thank you guys they kept me from getting fired today thank you and great job

Ordered a sausage and egg biscuit and just got an egg biscuit. Might not seem like much but I was charged for the most expensive ingredient and basically got robbed. DO BETTER!

I went early this morning like 7 something n the lady on the headset was very rude with her customer service n how she talking to a customer I'm team trainer n fast food myself so I kno how the customer motto goes and the attitude I got this morning wasn't professional at all
