Salads are the best and food rivals the best in Decatur. Their service - not so much. If you are lucky enough to go by when their high school, college students are working, service is good but their manager not so much. I’m not usually one to complain but so many episodes of lousy service. First, they didn’t cut off their ordering system. Finally after twenty minutes or so, someone came out and told me they closed early for an employee meeting. Second, they left out two of the four orders. They said they could not refund the difference or even credit me if I didn’t come back the same night a granted I live 25 minutes away so would have been an hour trip at best and they closed in 30 minutes. Next, they left me waiting in the drive through where I could see my food while they cleaned counters and did everything else before handing it to me. They never apologized. I guess the third time was my own fault for coming into town in sweat pants and not presentable to go in. I kept going back because the food was worth it. It finally stopped going. They could not get it together.

best Philly steak sandwich and fries fresh hot first time ever eating here at Luke's will be back been telling all my friends and family about it the employees was so nice and caring had talked to one of workers before about coming back and trying food she said try Philly steak sandwich that it was her favorite glad I listened to her best Philly steak I had since I moved here from Tennessee and I have tried several Philly steak sandwiches and wasn't a big fan this one was awesome cant wait to get another may have to go back tomorrow and get another that good

I went through drive-thru last night to get dinner for my family ordered 30 boneless wings. When I got home and opened my family's order they put traditional instead of boneless. With two hungry toddlers traditional wings are not ideal specially with one that has food texture aversions. The store had closed for the night so I called today to see what could be done because they messed up the order and 15 of the wings were not eaten because my toddlers couldn't eat them (my husband ate the other 15).
The employee Michaela said there is nothing they can do since boneless cost less then traditional and I was charged for boneless. For paying almost $50 for the order I find that ridiculous when other food businesses messes up a customer's order they try to make it right.
If you decide to go to the Buffalo Luke's in Decatur check your order before you leave drive-thru because they won't make it right even if they messed up your order.

Went there with the family for the first time for dinner and it'll likely be the last time. For a fast food place the service was good and the burgers weren't bad. Thing is we paid $60 for a family of 5 for burgers, fries and drinks with a price tag like that we're expecting sitdown service and food quality, the rating reflects the fact that the food wasn't worth the price we paid.

Buffalo Lukes always has super yummy food ! My husband and I have worked it into being one of our regular spots ! Such a courteous staff! Michaela was so super sweet and helpful during our most recent visit ! Can’t wait to come back ?

I have tried the Philly cheesesteak, chicken Philly, boneless wings, chicken fingers, and fries… Everything has been so delicious. The Philly cheesesteak is the BEST I have had! The staff is so friendly, and they do an amazing job.
