I'm sorry I used to LOVE bdubs but their wings got super small compared to what they used to be for the same price you get hardly anything and pay out the ass for it so if you want wings better try somewhere else cause their wings SUCK now Always had good service just not worth it anymore Also this is EVERY location cause the corporation decides to make them smaller and still charge full price for the whimpy wings Oh how bdubs has FALLEN

The staff at this location is completely incompetent. They were creating a waitlist for seating while having more than 10 tables empty. Bussing service was taking almost 30 mins to clean up tables and I was told it doesn't matter if you reserve online they don't look at that. The host was very rude and condescending. I will never come to this location again, I will go out of my way to choose a different location.

Amber Rose took very good care of us today. Our boneless wings were fresh and hot as well as our fries, our crispy wrap was very tasty. drinks stayed full, and service was exceptional. We will definitely be back when in town.

We had a waitress name Hailey extremely unprofessional, we was sat out food took about 40 minutes we ask the nice host if she can check our food, after we received our food she stops assisting us but assisted other people we had tried making contact with her but we was ignored. Once we pay she slams out change on the table. This is unexpectedable food was really good, waitress not so much do better Hailey & maybe you'll receive a better tip 😂

Our softball team showed up with no warning. 45-50 people. The store manager and others worked their butts off to get the patio area ready for us. You wouldn’t believe how amazing they were to us. Orders were correct, drinks stayed full, and everyone left happy. We are from out of town and were here for a tournament. This store should be the training store for the southeast. Thank you for the best experience!!

Music was to loud. An service was extremely slow, an it wasn't that busy for a Friday night at dinner time. The appetizers were good but my burger was way over cooked.
Food is pretty good. The service on the other hand is not. I have done numerous online orders with this location and it's always a 30 to 45 minute wait time from the time I'm told to be there. Gave them a 2 hour lead time on a 2 person order and still was a 30 minute wait. Staff seem to struggle and it seems very chaotic at times. Online orders are kept inside the kitchen even tho they have a location for online orders on the outside. This means that you will still need to get somebodys attention long enough for them to go prepare your food. This could be a problem if you work for someone like Doordash and just want to get the food and go. The atmosphere is a little loud but manageable. Always check your food when you get it aswell because usually something is missing.

A bit over priced and was pretty loud while we were in there but its football season!! Lol!! There was a hair in my sandwich but the server was so so nice and very busy and I really didn't want to put her through any trouble. I didn't want to seem like I was trying to get a free meal but then again...it was definitely a hair but also definitely not mine lol!

Just picked up to go order that I was waiting 15 minutes longer which is ok, I understand you guys are busy, but then I looked at my order when I already left and saw order of fries ( side order) that cost $5, it looked like half of order was taking. I had to take a picture because I was very disappointed.
