late one night we were going out to eat, we decided on Burger King.... BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. We ordered a little bit of food for 5 people, and it was 61.45 not bad for a family of five... But when we got our drinks everything but the Sprite was watered down and smelt like mold.... My Dr Pepper was horrible and even the water tasted like it came out of a pond. When we finally got our food, our order was way wrong.... I personally ordered a Whopper, but I got a Whopper JR ... It was so small.... I gave it to my sister because they didn't put a burger in her kids meal... She only had fries... Then I went back in, the staff were joking around and being lazy, I was standing there for 8 minutes before one of them got up from their seats ... Then they argue who should take my order.. after a lot of time a woman takes my order, and I tell her that the drive through got it wrong and I wanted a Whopper. She was still giggling with her friends, they were all at least 16 years old.... No management seen. My other sister who went inside with me, asked if they had anything vegan or plant based, the women said yes, and handed my sister ranch. She gets me my new order and I ask for ketchup. She throws them In the bag then I look in the bag... And they were all busted open ... I'm so done with this service, my 8 year old sister can make food and serve better than these six 16, year olds. I won't let my family or friends ever be treated like this again, I put up a Facebook post and every one is coming forward and saying they had the same treatment. I am done, it was supposed to be a nice night with my family, now we are all sick and we all have food poisoning.... This place should be shut down!

Burger King or the BK Lounge as I call it is my go to restaurant. I never tire of it and can always find something on the menu to satisfy me. BK Lounge is just a timeless classic...
Worst employees, food, and service ever experienced. They are very rude and ratchet af. Not to mention 2 employees got my car towed without speaking to the store manager who is the only one authorized to call a tow and who i was in contact. I called him the day after my scheduled pickup and he said someone mist have come stole it because no way anybody at burger king did it. Now i have to pay an xtra $200 for tow smh. I’m glad i left Decatur. Worst restaurant customer service in the world

Manager was rude at drive thru. Got home with order & mozzarella fries were burnt. Burger prepared incorrectly (no ketchup requested, loaded with ketchup) unedible. Had to throw away. 2 hrs of my bring home pay wasted. Never again.

Rude , rude , rude employees in front of the kids. The night shift is always problematic. If they get your order wrong, guess whos fault it is, the customers! Honestly I rather take my money and time elsewhere to the next burger joint down the street. Do not waste your time and hard earned money at this establishment. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. This restaurant is a joke like the people working in it.

Absolutely the slowest and most rude people. I only stop at BK for my daughter SOMETIMES on my way home from work
I came in and stood at the counter for 15 minutes, the front counter cashier never acknowledged me. Terry came up front from the back of the store to get the phone and saw me and was so kind, asked if she had taken my order and took my order himself. When my number was called I went to get my food and stood there waiting to ask for sauce for my onion rings and again, the cashier lady standing right in front of me never even spoke to me. Again, Terry walked over to see what I needed and gave me some sauce. As I sat and ate in the lobby, two or three more customers came in and were only acknowledged by Mr Terry, orders taken by Terry, and food and sauce served to them by only Terry. This man definitely should be recognized for being exceptional at his job while also doing everyone else's job too.

Hadn't had fast food in ages. Friend was visiting and we decided we wanted a whopper and a chicken sandwich. Those have always been my go to. Food was good, and the service was quick and the employees friendly. I'd heard some bad things about this BK but I had a good experience.
