Ordered online and waited for my entire lunch break for my food and never got it. Asked for a refund and they said I’d have to get it online. Tried to get a refund online and it said I would have to get it in store. Went back the next day and asked if I could just get the food since I couldn’t get a refund. Was told they couldn’t do that because it would take too long to pull up my past order. I’m not asking for a freebie I just wanted what I paid for. A refund would be nice considering I paid $10 for something I never got.

Chicken wasn’t cooked all the way through. Doesn’t it just need to be reheated? The lettuce was brown & soggy. The service wasn’t the best either. The male in the drive thru was great. The female worker please be a bit more pleasant please. She was working the drive thru with the headset on. A potential customer drove around to see if they were even open because she wasn’t even answering the headset. I came to Burger King on 6th Ave the evening of Monday.

Clean, fast and friendly. Great food. Fries were the freshest and that whopper was just as great. Close to the hospital too so we didn't have to go far which is a plus if you're there with family

late one night we were going out to eat, we decided on Burger King.... BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. We ordered a little bit of food for 5 people, and it was 61.45 not bad for a family of five... But when we got our drinks everything but the Sprite was watered down and smelt like mold.... My Dr Pepper was horrible and even the water tasted like it came out of a pond. When we finally got our food, our order was way wrong.... I personally ordered a Whopper, but I got a Whopper JR ... It was so small.... I gave it to my sister because they didn't put a burger in her kids meal... She only had fries... Then I went back in, the staff were joking around and being lazy, I was standing there for 8 minutes before one of them got up from their seats ... Then they argue who should take my order.. after a lot of time a woman takes my order, and I tell her that the drive through got it wrong and I wanted a Whopper. She was still giggling with her friends, they were all at least 16 years old.... No management seen. My other sister who went inside with me, asked if they had anything vegan or plant based, the women said yes, and handed my sister ranch. She gets me my new order and I ask for ketchup. She throws them In the bag then I look in the bag... And they were all busted open ... I'm so done with this service, my 8 year old sister can make food and serve better than these six 16, year olds. I won't let my family or friends ever be treated like this again, I put up a Facebook post and every one is coming forward and saying they had the same treatment. I am done, it was supposed to be a nice night with my family, now we are all sick and we all have food poisoning.... This place should be shut down!
