The lady through the drive thru was extremely rude. They messed up my order and forgot my burger and fries and wanted me to get back in line to get the food. Instead of fixing it like they should have through the drive through. Horrible service!! Will NOT be coming back.

When my husband and I entered the Burger King restaurant, we heard one of the employees tell a customer that three employees called out sick and 1 employee walked out, yet he was in great spirits and welcomed us. Took our order with such a pleasant attitude and ease. We learned latter that his name was Michael, I believe he was the manager or shift leader, and because of him and the good food at Burger King, we will return again and again.

We ordered online for us to pick up. When my grandson got home with the food we discovered we had been shorted 2 orders of french fries and 2 orders of chicken nuggets. When he went back for the missing food, no apology was given for the inconvenience or mistake. The food was totally cold by the time we ate and the 2 chicken sandwiches were tough snd tasteless. I ate mine because I hadn't eaten all day, but my husband threw his in the thrash after 1 bite. Being shorted food or receiving an incorrect order seems to happen frequently at this location. The workers aren't rude, they're just indifferent to whether they serve the correct food/order.

IF you can get service in the drive through, the food is good. I order online through the BK account. During the day I'm able to pick up, and the food is really good. But after work in the evening, the drive through is unresponsive for 15 minutes and people in line eventually drive off. We try to enter inside, but the doors are locked.

Store hours online and on the door of the store says they close at 12 midnight. But they decided to tell customers that they are closed 10-15 min before 12. How is that good business? I mean what are they store hours even for if your gonna just close whenever you feel like it?

My food was fresh and good but my service was not I went to the drive through last night no one greeted me they just opened the window and asked for my money gave me my food didn’t asked if I needed condiments didn’t give me my drink had to turn around and wait in line for 8 more minutes then I got a watered down drink didn’t give me a fork or napkins for my pie.

Usually if it's 30 minutes before closing I don't expect to get any service anywhere anyway nowadays because there's a lot of people that's been fired and new employees are hired in the managers have to do the work.
