If I could rate negative stars I would.This location has went downhill bad. From drive thru times to the food. A simple Bacon Double cheeseburger and a fry is what I order on my lunch break at night..But what they give me is double cheeseburger with no bacon that seems like it’s been sitting all day and some sticks of wood for fries. If you’re thinking about eating there JUST DONT. For the price of a whopper combo I just put a little more with it and get a Burger and fry from Applebees.

Absolutely horrible! I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes to get my order taken. Then after receiving my order. They took another 10 minutes to start taking his order then I heard them inform him they were out of BURGERS!!! How are you out of burgers but the lights are still on??? Is it not called “Burger King”??

Sat in the drive thru for 30 min and still had 2 cars in front of me. It even took them 10 min to ASK me what my order was. No sorry,no remorse. Horrible service.
I left and went to chick filet. At chick filet the food was good quality and I was only in the drive thru for 5-8 minutes.

The WORST burgerking - missing numerous items from my order - the receipt/ sticker shows everything - they just didn't check it before giving it to me, after waiting 15min in line! Terrible.

The lady through the drive thru was extremely rude. They messed up my order and forgot my burger and fries and wanted me to get back in line to get the food. Instead of fixing it like they should have through the drive through. Horrible service!! Will NOT be coming back.

When my husband and I entered the Burger King restaurant, we heard one of the employees tell a customer that three employees called out sick and 1 employee walked out, yet he was in great spirits and welcomed us. Took our order with such a pleasant attitude and ease. We learned latter that his name was Michael, I believe he was the manager or shift leader, and because of him and the good food at Burger King, we will return again and again.

We ordered online for us to pick up. When my grandson got home with the food we discovered we had been shorted 2 orders of french fries and 2 orders of chicken nuggets. When he went back for the missing food, no apology was given for the inconvenience or mistake. The food was totally cold by the time we ate and the 2 chicken sandwiches were tough snd tasteless. I ate mine because I hadn't eaten all day, but my husband threw his in the thrash after 1 bite. Being shorted food or receiving an incorrect order seems to happen frequently at this location. The workers aren't rude, they're just indifferent to whether they serve the correct food/order.
