So I made an online order last night on the app. When I get to cCaptain Ds the first thing you see is the manager vaping in the lobby lights out everywhere old crusty food on counter place smelt horribly. I get my order get whole and they have left out the cold slaw on a family meal the fries are soggy and the fish was way over cooked. So I call the store and speak with the manager and explain all of this and her solution is to just replace the cold slaw….. what kind of customer service is that…. It seems every time I go to eat here they leave something out….

Captain Ds needs to read the description of what they post on their menu on line. While I did get what was pictured I didn't get what was listed. Grilled fish seasoned with garlic butter and shrimp with their garlic butter sauce. I got no shrimp. The fish has very little taste . I taste no garlic or butter. The slaw and green beans are good.

The food was good once we received it however the ice machine had no ice. Management was told, I told all the people that came to put ice in their cups that it was empty and they needed to ask someone at the counter to please fill them.

This place is awful, they have no customer service skills. The front service worker went to the bathroom and came back to the front counter without washing her hands . The inside was ran like a red neck showdown. The works cursed so much. The fish was okay but the chicken was fried in burnt grease.

I had problems with this restaurant a year ago but decided to give them another try. I ordered 2 catfish dinners online. My 1st bite the fish tasted terrible like it swam in a swamp. I tried another piece Nd it tasted better. My 3rd catfish filet tasted so awful I couldn't swallow it , I had to spit it out Nd rinse my mouth with water then mouthwash. I told my son not to eat his catfish because mine was so bad. NEVER AGAIN.

The Manger on day shift at 1 today November 19 was short staffed but was making it do what it do and I appreciate her kindness.
Ordered food in drive through no big deal. Forgot to ask for vinegar, so I ran in. The lobby had no ac, and there were people playing cards and smoking cheap cigars. Food was kinda cold, and after seeing the lobby, I threw away food in fear.

I live less than five minutes away everything was cold except one crab cake, one shrimp was like crunchy rubber couldn't eat it, lobster bites seemed old not fresh and coleslaw had sour smell, green beans were cold also...definitely not going back on a Saturday night and they were not busy at all normally this place has great food but not tonight was not...plus I had to ask for tartar and cocktail sauce none was in the bag to begin with only a plastic fork and a single napkin ...I'll be going to hartselle from now on out!!!

Me and my husband came through to buy enough to feed a big family for my father in law’s 94 birthday first of all they were rude most of our order was cold. The lady running the window was very rude I tried apologizing for such a big order but at that point I could tell she didn’t care. We literally spent $71 dollars in food just for half the order to be cold and them to be rude!
