I don’t normally write while eating but made this exception today. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A experience. I should’ve read the reviews before visiting. The place is dirty, the food sucked. My sandwich was not what I ordered and paid for. And when I got what I ordered, the buns were cold. My food was served in a bag not a tray, even though my order was to eat in and was giving a table marker. Waited long for the food and then waited some more for the correct order, although the place wasn’t crowded or busy. If this was my first visit, it would’ve been my last. But because I know the Chick-fil-A standards, I’ll consider this visit never happened.
Was so tempted to find the manager and speak to him or her, but then I don’t normally say a thing when I’m this upset, most likely I’ll say the wrong thing. Besides, I’m sure the manager can see the surroundings clearly. Didn’t wish to post pictures of my miserable meal or how unclean the place “I’ll just leave it to your imagination”. I only posted a picture of the location.
I’ll be in town for a few more days but will make it a point not to ever stop by again.

Lately they have served overcooked chicken, are missing items in my bag, and when mention that this issue keep happening, no apology, no nothing. I am now that person that stays put, takes an extra 10 seconds to check the bag before I leave. I even brought a receipt and a picture of the bag, and the drive thru people just blankly stare down at their handheld order screen. No effort, no offer to refund, remake, I see less managers at the window and having a presence on the floor. Maybe why things are changing.

Chicken sandwiches lately have came with dry old bread and the customer service has declined. The cashiers apparently do not know how to use a scanned Q barcode . Theyve repeatedly got my order wrong and have typed in wrong orders at the drive thru

I always order 4 packs of honey mustard and most of the time only get 2. I ordered 4 again today and only got 2. Y'all need to READ THE ORDERS BETTER.

Usually I love Chik fil a service. But this morning I went through the drive through, paid for my order, they had pull up because of a biscuit that needed pepper jack. I pulled up with three cars behind me, each car paid for their food, and went on by their day. I waited and was patient several minutes until I got out of my vehicle, asked the person handing out the food what was going on! Looked me in my face and said I did not know which car it got left on the counter, but sorry about that! Not okay, from a loyal customer's point of view !!!
