The running joke about the speed of this company’s driver thru is just that, a joke. I waited in like for 25 minutes with only 10 cars ahead of me and then another 5 minutes at the window for them to try to park me for who knows how much longer so I finally had to get a refund because I was already late for a meeting. There are a ton of people running around inside but no leadership to keep things moving. It’s embarrassing to watch.

Sat in line for over 30 minutes. There was a ton of workers but like nobody was working. Definitely wasn't worth the wait. The guy at the window was messing with something. Another guy asked if I had been helped at the window then he just shoved my stuff at me and went back to messing with the knob on the ceiling

I'm never going to buy food from this chick-fil-a again. I ordered online through door dash and purchased a custom spicy chicken sandwich and an order of 12 nuggets. I asked for several different condiments and dipping sauces for my sandwich and my nuggets. I wanted mayo, ketchup, spicy Sriracha, buffalo ect and some hot sauce. It was accurate on the sicker recept on my bag. What I received..... 15 packets of hot sauce and my food. Nothing else. Whoever was working that department around 2:30pm 2-8-2025 needs to be fired. This was flagrant disrespectful disregard. I paid good money I worked hard for on my end of the deal, 15 packets of hot sauce is an insult outright. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANOTHER CHICK-FIL-A TREAT ME LIKE THIS. Avoid this location.

Pain, without love Pain, I can’t get enough Pain, I like it tough Cause I’d rather feel pain than nothing at all. I got no pickles on my sandwich today. Never coming back. Cant believe they would do this to me. Worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to in my life. Man at window had his crack out bent over the counter while we were waiting for our food. My friend got charged twice for her meal and they lied and said they didn’t have it when they did. Found lice in my COLD fries. I could do a better job back there. At least I would put salt on the fries.
We love Chick Fil A. I don't understand why there continue to be mix ups with orders. Today we didn't get out chicken soup. I came back in and explained the issue. They sent the order back for an off screen Soup. It then took 15 mins to get the soup. I hope they can improve this.
