It took 7 minutes to be seated when they had no other guest in here, they were all talking at the bar and noticed us but still took 7 minutes to seat us, once we sat down she bring out food before our drinks?! Anyways horrible service. DONT COME

They were out of the drink I wanted, ok. Then they brought out my meal and told me they were out of part of my meal as well so I had no opportunity to choose a different meal. Bringing out an incomplete meal, watching me not touching my plate and say absolutely nothing about it but bring the full check is unacceptable. I just moved to this area and glad to realize that there are plenty of other restaurants to choose from. Never gonna return here.

Takes at least an hour to get your food, and then if they screw up your order, count on another hour because they don’t push your re made order to the front. Pathetic

We arrived at 4:40 and were seated on the bar side. Our order was taken within five or six minutes, and I also ordered a meal to go. We received our meal in a reasonable amount of time but it took until 6:10 to get our ticket and my to go order. They were not busy and the “hot fries”I kept getting told were almost ready were not fresh. It was a bad experience.

They say us down and forgot about us. When the waiter came, he just said," what y'all want to drink?" Then took another 20mins to bring our drinks. When he brought it drinks, he just sat then on our menus like we weren't reading them, said you're welcome and walked off. I didn't even have time to say thank you. Was there for 30 mins on a yellow night and he never even asked us what we wanted to eat. We just walked out. This is why they have the emptiest parking lot in Decatur

The young lady working in the to-go order section was extremely nice personable and helpful The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because I can't place an online order with a gift card

We live local to this Chili’s so it’s typically our go too. This time the service was HORRIBLE all around. I think we will take our drive to the Madison location next time. We got seated immediately, great right!? We wait and wait, we see a waitress come visit two tables around us and get orders. We have yet to even place our drink orders. At this point it’s been 20 minutes… my husband ask the host who was serving this table in hopes it wasn’t the same waitress that hadn’t even looked our way. It was.. finally 35 minutes later we get our drinks ordered 🙄 Food comes out quicker than our appetizer order (I don’t think she rung in our appetizers originally) So we didn’t hardly touch it since our food was out first. Waitresses name was “Molly”. Food was phenomenal but I tried to order just plain cheese quesadillas like I have at this location and others. Molly quickly advised they can’t do that and their computers won’t allow it? Confused on how it’s been done before but ok, at this point we’re starving and I’m not even arguing. Molly needs training or to find another job. 35 minutes on just drinks on a not busy night is absolutely insane.

Arrived at 1230pm, and the restaurant was t even half full. Was told it would be a 25-30 minute wait because they were “short staffed and the kitchen was backed up”. Decided it would take 20-25 minutes to load up 6 people in 4 cars and decide on another place. Chose to wait at the bar. Service took forever; only two of us got drinks when a table was ready (sooner than told). Great! I’ll spare the rest, but it was about 1:40 when we finally got food, and not everyone received a drink until after 1. The waitress was great, especially under those circumstances, but in consideration of the wait with an empty restaurant, I would advise anyone to dine there. I’m thinking this is why it was empty to begin with; people have already experienced such a delay, and they’re choosing to go elsewhere. What a shame!

Food and wait service was good as usual. This visit the Host was bad mouthing the servers saying they didn't know how to bus tables. Yet he stands around between seating guests. I've worked in restaurants before, the host would always help bus tables. Key word help is help, be a team not throw others under the bus. I was ready to leave when he made that comment. Anthony might be the reason you're not as busy as you should be.

This is the worst service I have ever received. It took the longest to get our food and then I had to return a plate before it had an eyelash in it. The chicken looked like it wasn't even cooked. The water in the bathroom was boiling hot and makes you think they dont even wash their hands. All around this is the worst Chili's has ever been.

When we arrived, the hostess let us know they were shot staffed, and the service would be delayed. I actually thought the service was great and didn't even notice the slight delay. Our waiter was absolutely fantastic!

Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible. the restrooms were plenty accessible. I was able to scoot into a booth and park my wheelchair out of the way.
