Food was great. They need an entrance way and pick up area that doesn't allow Cold Air to enter the Bar area. Freezing cold in the winter.

We went to Chili’s on 9-20 to take my mother out for her birthday and I have never been more pleased with the service we received in a restaurant. Our server Daniel was wonderful he made sure we always had everything we needed and made our trip to Decatur absolutely delightful.

Went with my family, sat right away. The food was absolutely nasty. The service wasn’t bad just very slow. And I get it we all have our days. But the food was so gross. Won’t be back .

My food did not come out all at once. But all of it was cold. The steak was so bad that I needed salt and steak sauce. But what made the experience horrible was the cook/manager(?) yelling in the back the entire time. They were not crowded. They had plenty of workers. I travel alot. I cannot think of a worst experience I've had in a restaurant. I felt bad for my server. He was at the mercy of whatever was going on in the back.

The food is amazing first of all! Definitely giving props to the grill cook! We got the Smash burgers and they were absolutely some of the best in town. The cashier was great and friendly. And the music was great too and not so loud you couldn't talk. My family and I will definitely eat there again soon.

It took 7 minutes to be seated when they had no other guest in here, they were all talking at the bar and noticed us but still took 7 minutes to seat us, once we sat down she bring out food before our drinks?! Anyways horrible service. DONT COME
