The food has gotten a lot better in the last year. It is currently January 2026 and there has been a vast improvement over three or four years ago. I’m glad I tried it again! The staff was quite nice, which was also a wonderful surprise.

Employees seem very annoyed at customers. No greetings whatsoever. Orders stacking up. I understand it’s busy, but at least show that you enjoy your job. If not - find some other place to work. Not the Chipotle experience I’m use to. MOE’s will get my order in the future.

Ordered through Doordash and my entire order was ice cold and wrong. I only live 7 minutes from the restaurant. Both Burrito bowls were missing corn salsa. The lettuce had spinach in it. Barely any meat and no fajita veggies. The tacos had pork instead of chicken and was missing the salsa. I would go to Moe's instead of this Chipolte. Or go to the one in Madison. Stay away!!

Ordered a catered lunch for a client. Nearly $200 and all they sent was rice and meat. Literally no sour cream, no cheese, no guac, no salsas. None of that. And all of it was ordered. I could understand missing one item but how do you forget multiple essential items to build your own bowls.
Awful experience and you'd think I'd have a resolution within hours but nope still waiting.
Never will cater from here again and likely never Chipotle again.

Her positive attitude and willingness to help create an exceptional experience from start to finish. She is patient, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.
