Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, the entire time I just patiently stared at my order which was sitting nicely packaged on the counter. It’s was pretty upsetting… but not as upsetting as it was to see the cashier spend those 15 minutes putting her hands down her pants, front… back… and on he side, YES, down her pants. I sure hope she was the one that prepped my meal, hopefully I didn’t get charged for extra flavor…

Came in to get 3 bowls and the employees were cooking chicken. I went ahead and ordered 2 steak bowls upon getting the bowls they were out of veggies and cheese. I stood in line for 20 minutes until someone told me they were out of cheese. They are so unorganized. That is my last time I will go to Moe's.

Ordered through door dash. That part was good. Ordered the 3 tacos. Received someone else's order with their name on bowl, but my name on bag.
Bowl with guacamole, chicken, rice, beans.
But no tacos that I ordered.

Usually order nacho and queso blanco dip since other food have being messing around,but today will be last time I order from this place.This what I found in the dip sauce and it’s cold,it may look like it’s the dip got dry but it’s not..also the nachos tasteless and cold,only good was the Mexican coke (for obvious reasons).Stay away from this bussiness unless you want to give free money for no reason,eat somewhere else.I know no one from Corp will care or reached out but if you reading the beware!

I served in the US Marine Corps for 24 years on active duty. I do not expect or feel I deserve any recognition in any way, shape, or form. However, it is much appreciated when a business recognizes the military by offering a discount to those who are serving or have served. I have always accepted any discount offered and then take the discounted amount and add it to what I was already leaving for a tip. Chipotle has always offered a discount to the military, so during our last visit on 3 August 24, I showed my ID at the register and the young man informed me Chipotle now only offers a discount to first responders and not military. Again, I do not expect a discount and it is Chipotle's prerogative to offer one or not. However, it is an absolute insult to tell the military they are not first responders. The United States military is the very definition of first responders, not on a local level but certainly on an international level. Please train your employees to just simply state "we no longer offer a discount" and leave it at that. As for me, that was my last visit to Chipotle, I will take my money to Moes. Thank you.

sat at the window for 30 minutes just waiting for somebody to hand me my food that was literally sitting right there on the counter, while multiple employees just kept looking out the window at us..it takes 5 seconds to hand a bag out of the window there was no reason i shoulda sat there that long. and then the employee was rude and just shoved the bag out of the window and walked off even though we werent mean or anything.
