DO NOT GO HERE!! YOUR KIDS WONT BE SAFE!!! Went here for a birthday party. The host told me that they were so disorganized that she had to tell them what to do. I decided to order food. I told the lady "I just want the boneless wings and fries" and she rung me up for the appetizer. I didnt order that so i never read what it came with. I also asked for the sauce on the side and an extra sauce cup. She said i cant have extra sauce (im paying $20 for cheap food, wym????). She gives me my buzzer at 2:24. After playing with my child, I look at the time and it's 3:20!!!! Almost 40 mins and my buzzer STILL hasn't gone off. So i go look and don't see what i ordered then ask the guy (after waiting in line) where my food was. He walks off then comes back and says it's already up. Maybe I missed it so i look again. Nope. So i flag down a manager and tell her "hey I ordered boneless and wings and it's not over there" she walks over, picks up the appetizer plate that has boneless, fries, and cheesy bread and tells me its mine. I said no I told the lady all i wanted was boneless and fries. Idk what that is. So then she brings me to the front to pay $2 MORE???? OK. WHATEVER. Then I continued on my way and played with my child until my new order came out. When it did, the nuggets were over cooked and burnt and the fries were UNDER cooked. The final straw for me was when I was able to just walk out with my child (luckily it was me) and nobody scanned us or nothing. I wont be back because not only was the customer service shyte for such expensive, cheap food, but apparently anybody can walk out with my child!!!!😡😡😡

Just came in wasn't greeted stood at the counter they looked at me kept going about their business then finally came up to me no acknowledgement they didn't stamp me or my son (2yr) hand and was very dry with me, I felt like I was in their way or something because they seem irritated , they machine most don't work, I hate this the only location in Decatur won't be visiting again

Store in Decatur Alabama worker named Anna on night shift was the sweetest and best worker I've seen in a while, me and my family (5 people) come down here about once a week and everytime she is the person we talk to, it's the best time. She's nice, sweet, and good with kids, whatever her position is, she deserves higher.

Worst birthday party! So unorganized! The party planner lit the birthday candles with no one insight to even do cake, and then rushed us off of our table when we still had 30 mins of our party left. Definitely not worth the 300$ I paid for this party.

Today was not a good day. Brought our Grandson, hungry so he could enjoy his favorite place eating pizza and playing games. At the cashier, we were told the kitchen was cl9sed for renovation. Can get drinks, salad or dots. Our Grandson doesn't eat salad. He got a drink. It goes without saying that you're going to be in this place for minimum one hour but closer to two or more. The entire time with a very hungry young man. Upon leaving, I inquire how long the kitchen will be closed and I am told she isn't sure whether all day or when it will open. They are short handed and only two people working there today is why it was closed. Really??? Q
