Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

My car broke down on the side of 65 south, and Associate Manager Michael Hill pulled over and helped me put out what could’ve been a bad fire. I know he must go above and beyond at his job as well. 🔥 Thank you sir!

Disappointed. Ordered water and my glass came out with old lettuce floating around beneath the ice. Ordered hamburger steak with onions. Specifically requested the onions. Food came out about 20 min anfter ordering—with no onions. Ordered turnip greens that came out dry—no juice in the bowl with the greens. Asked for the onions to be added to the hamburger steak (as ordered) and for ketchup for the hamburger steak. After waiting for quite some time, I got a bottle of ketchup from a neighboring table after the family got up to leave. Onions were eventually brought out.

Hate to leave this review but it’s not my first poor experience at this location.

Food is always good, staff is very friendly, good selection of decorations/toys/novelties. Didn’t have to wait for a table. Definitely going back here! 👍

I went to Cracker Barrel on Saturday and had one of the best meals I’ve had in a while! Sometimes Cracker Barrel can be a little hit or miss, but this visit was definitely a home run.
I ordered breakfast while my friend ordered lunch, and both meals came out hot and fresh — which hasn’t always been the case in the past. Everything was really good!
But the best part of our visit was our waitress, Olivia. She was absolutely wonderful — friendly, attentive, and just made the whole experience better. If every waitress had a little touch of Olivia, every meal would be perfect. 😊

I ordered my food a certain way and the waitress took upon herself to change it and half of my order was over cooked and when asked to be refixed and they did was take original food and heat it up.

Been nice to get a drink order after 20 minutes.

Waited over a half hour! My breakfast was cold and my sausage and hashbrowns weren't cooked all the way.

another pleasant visit. , haven't been back in awhile because of all the chaos .but glad we gave them another chance. simple folks enjoy simple pleasures. please don5 try that again.

We had a wonderful experience at this Cracker Barrel location while traveling. My son accidentally left his glasses behind, and Jessica went above and beyond by shipping them to us the very next day after I contacted the store. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the outstanding service—both during our visit and afterward. Quick, friendly, and truly helpful service without any long wait. Nope!!
Ordered my food and they did not include what I ordered thats ok didn't want to wait. Waited way past what time they told me it would be ready. Then the hostess/guy brings the order and I tell him its for me and he just walks past me and gives the orde to the cashier instead
