I hate that this the only cracker barrel in Decatur I swear this place sucks i never really order from this Location anymore because for the last pass years and yes I said years my order never ready when supposed to, I can order my meal at 10am and it says it'll be ready at 15 till I promise you I have always had to wait a extra 20 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME. so I waited a couple of months too a year to at least can them and 20 thousands chances because I love the food but it's the same ole scenario EVERY SINGLE TIME. IT NEVER FAILS THAT EVERY TIME I GO IN THERE CUSTOMERS ALWAYS HAVE A ANGRY FACE BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEE ARE VERY UNORGANIZED THEY NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT ASAP

We ordered pancakes and "WELL" cooked bacon for my grandson. Also, Honey Mustard dressing to go with grilled chicken strips. Food arrived, no Honey Mustard, burnt pancakes, and almost raw bacon! Asked for new bacon, I even told the waitress to almost burn the bacon, got back bacon medium, not well done. Also, no Honey Mustard. After asking for it the third time it arrived after everyone was finished with their meal and the chicken was cold!

Dine in I'll see you in 20 minutes with no drink the waitress keeps walking by and not even off of my three fill my drink
The food is always great. But this is the second time in the last two visits that it took an extremely long time for our food to be served after ordering. When you have hungry little children with you, it’s very hard to wait 30-40 minutes for food to arrive.

Food was cold. Did not taste the greatest, took hour and half to get food. Did not get any of out orders correct, out of 7 people. People beside us their food was under cooked not good for chicken. Way too many tables in where we sat could not move chair back with out hitting person behind you. Waitress was way over worked for as many table she had. The 2 other servers had 2 to 3 tables each. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE!

Their food has always been good, the staff is friendly and pleasant, and it's a fun place to look at with their merchandise. It has always been one of my favorite places to eat because you can choose the extras you want on the side.Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker and there was plenty of room to get around the store.
