Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Absolutely horrible! Drive thru took took over 20 minutes for 4 cars. We ordered 4 chicken strip baskets, and were ripped off on all four meals. We were given only a handful of fries, NO TOAST, and our containers of country gravy were barely half full and the gravy was watered down. My kids didn’t even get straws for their drinks. My youngest son got the 2 for $4 special and we were charged full price instead of the special $4 pricing. I tried to call multiple times and no one answered the phone. I hope the owner sees this review and will make it right, since calling to discuss it over the phone is clearly not an option.

Incredibly rude and unreasonable. I came to get ice cream for myself and two other coworkers, each of who handed me a separate debit card. When I got there they told me I could only do two orders, which normally would be understandable. But I told them that I only had one item per order and three cards to pay with and no one else was behind me, still they very rudely told me I could only do two orders. So I pull up to the window and ask them if they're really going to make me pull around again for one more item when no one else is in line. The girl at the window, bless her heart, was going to help me out until she was pulled aside and someone else came to the window to once again incredibly rudely tell me I can only do two orders instead of just performing the simple task of ringing in one more tiny order.. It was hands down the dumbest most infuriating thing I've ever experienced in a drive thru. I will never eat here again.

Ordering took forever, she kept having to ask for us to repeat the order, almost forgot 2 items that we ordered, forgot the sauce and when we asked for a second sauce, she charged us for it. The window girl was very rude.

Only Drive thru was open. We were pulling a trailer and couldn't fit through it. They would not take our order outside.

Their prices are too high for quality of food $7 for two hot dogs crazy

Everytime I go theres rudeness Attitude ... when I leave I feel like I bothered them by orderingAnd I keep going ..... but only because of the oreo royal lolololololol

15 mins plus wait for 3 slushies and didnt even offer a cup holder and then the order was wrong.

How can a place be this slow! This one order took over 10 minutes after getting to the window. Ordered a bottle water and got to the window and was given a cup of water and then no explanation as to why I waited so long. Who has that kind of time on their lunch break? Never again

Always out of everything. No oreos, no pecans, no strawberries. No ice cream. Really

Just left Dairy Queen Drive thru during the pandemic today. Pulled in line at 8:25pm, and at 8:31pm pulled up to the window. The only thing the woman said was, I’m sorry we’re closed...in which the reply was “you don’t have anymore ice cream?”...and her exact words again were, “I’m sorry we’re closed”. Had to back out just to leave. Terrible customer service.

Only able to serve vanilla cones and sundaes. No shakes or blizzards. Not participating in blizzard 80 cent special for DQ anniversary anyway. Worst Dairy Queen ever!!!

Nice staff, blizzards were really good. I love the pretzel sticks.

Good food for low prices. I've never had a bad experience here.

Did not have the first item I ordered and the wait was too long. I have generally loved Dairy Queen in the past, but I will no longer go there for food, but for only ice cream, will I go to DQ in the future. I have not been to this particular DQ since the date of this visit.
