Ordered sandwhich first and last time ever . Chicken bacon ranch with no bacon because I don’t eat pork. Was delivered with barely any chicken on it so i received a toasted cheese sandwich. At $9 … just ridiculous! Won’t be ordering again.

I ordered 2 pizzas online . 1 large and 1 medium . The medium looked like the toppings were running from the pizza bread. I go back and guy says it is because the dough is frozen. Okay so I guess I was supposed to accept that. Guy asked if I wanted a credit or a remake. Sarcasm is not a quality one should use in fast food. I also did not appreciate the whispering between him and the newer employee.

Ordered a Philly Steak sandwich and Cinnamon bites for delivery. Driver hands me the order and 2 Cream cheese icings. I open the box and they sent Parmesan bites instead of cinnamon bites. Called back and they said they would rush them right out. 40 minutes later, driver shows up with Parmesan bites AGAIN! I decide I’ll drive to the store and the kid in front gets confrontational. The cook says he will get me cinnamon bites made now. Brings them to my truck and says, he apologizes and I will have a credit in the system. Called today to order and they said I got my free ones that night! This new ownership group does not care. I saw a friend walking out and he had been waiting an hour on his pizza and Bally asked for a refund and left.

Was having issues trying to pay it forward with ordering pizzas for delivery thanking another business for their service. When Rebecca answered the phone today she made my day. She went above and beyond to assist me with an almost impossible task since I do not live in the area making sure the Pizza would be delivered etc. Thank You Rebecca!!

I'm Avery price and I just ordered pizza. It was left outside on ground. No one knocked or used the ring doorbell. Now I have cold pizza. Who doesn't knock when delivering pizza or ring our doorbell? Anyways I'm very dissatisfied with my cold pizza that had been sitting there for god knows how long. My number is on my account if you wish to reach out because this unacceptable.just opened boxes and both pizzas the topping are stuck to top of box like it was dropped. I will be calling soon.
The young man with blue eyes and hat that never fits on his head is a handsome hard working man with nice manners. I will be coming back a lot more!

If I could put a negative I would. But let me get on with it.first I pull up to the window and the one they call the manager just looked at me didn’t greet or ask any questions, so I told her my name and that I placed a order online she told me my total I paid, she handed me my pizza that sounded like I had I had rocks in a box like something super dry. So I pulled up and look at them, one was cremated and the other was deform and both dry annd hard, inedible I ask for my money back and I’m assuming I will get it back. But anyway I do hope that you guys will do better because that was a disappointing purchase and experience and the manager was the one who gave me the pizzas.

The worst experience today. Will not be ordering from this location again. The girl at the window was very rude and had the nastiest attitude. I use to order from here every week. I don't know if they got new staff or what. Thin crust pizza was burnt, overcooked and hardly had any cheese!
