I'm Avery price and I just ordered pizza. It was left outside on ground. No one knocked or used the ring doorbell. Now I have cold pizza. Who doesn't knock when delivering pizza or ring our doorbell? Anyways I'm very dissatisfied with my cold pizza that had been sitting there for god knows how long. My number is on my account if you wish to reach out because this unacceptable.just opened boxes and both pizzas the topping are stuck to top of box like it was dropped. I will be calling soon.

If I could put a negative I would. But let me get on with it.first I pull up to the window and the one they call the manager just looked at me didn’t greet or ask any questions, so I told her my name and that I placed a order online she told me my total I paid, she handed me my pizza that sounded like I had I had rocks in a box like something super dry. So I pulled up and look at them, one was cremated and the other was deform and both dry annd hard, inedible I ask for my money back and I’m assuming I will get it back. But anyway I do hope that you guys will do better because that was a disappointing purchase and experience and the manager was the one who gave me the pizzas.

The worst experience today. Will not be ordering from this location again. The girl at the window was very rude and had the nastiest attitude. I use to order from here every week. I don't know if they got new staff or what. Thin crust pizza was burnt, overcooked and hardly had any cheese!

Waited an hour for a burnt thin crust pizza, pan pizza had a slice with nothing on it (not even cheese), Buffalo chicken had no sauce or blue cheese and food was cold. We will not be ordering from this location again.
This has to be one of the worst places to get pizza. They always get the order wrong, and even when you pay for marinara sauce they try to rip you out of it. Apparently they can't give you change when you pay with any bills that are larger than $20s.. and please tell me how you serve pasta but are out of forks??? All that isn't even as bad as some of the attitudes of the people that work there. I feel bad leaving awful reviews but that place would be better off closing down.

I think her name was heather she had a smart a’’ mouth she must have had a attitude when she got to work because talking out the window to me as if I was her child or grandmother it all started when I order the pizza when she answer the phone it told me them, she was hot hunny for what reason I don’t know so when i get to window to get the pizza she ask what can I do for you that’s not how you talk to someone so I said politely I’m here to pick up an order from Andrea oh you the one who wouldn’t answer the door I said huh why you didn’t answer your house door I was what you mean it was for pick up by delivery I went all the th easy out there and no one answer the door so Iam just looking like ok
I just order 1 medium pizza that it now so when she finally give me my pizza she gone say I hope you enjoy it now remind you we didn’t look at the pizza until we got home open the box no meat no sauce and it was burnt all up so why I did was I customer service of Domino’s and left a very smart remark on their voice mail to let them know that I had bad service at one of there domino in Decatur and sent the picture of the pizza in a email to them head quarter with the name of the lady that give it to me Now I hope you enjoy your day
