I placed my order at 1057am and at the 1 hr mark it was still in prepping stage. I called store. The manager was rude and ridiculous! Because I had used the 20% discount the manager Offered nothing in place of the long wait. She said she only had 1 driver and where I was wasn't a PRIORTY !!!Edit to add. I emailed said OWNER!!! MY EMAIL WAS BLOCKED... SHOCKER

This store has canceled my order 5 times in one year since they've changed the delivery routes between the stores. I used to be able to order from Glenn Street and never had an issue getting a delivery to my job for 2 years! In one year, 5 times I've been canceled on and 4 deliveries made from this store! It doesn't matter what time I order at any point after 10:30 pm. I have a 50/50 chance to eat lunch on my 1:00 a.m. lunch break. This has affected how often I eat at other locations and you dominos people who work there can look it up yourselves. Please give my area back to Glenn Street! This place in Priceville only does half the business it could do, apparently....

This store (Point Mallard) would not allow me to pay in cash. Very disappointed that a national chain restaurant would not allow me to use my own cash to pay for their product!

Delivery is so slow. After waiting over a hour for delivery, I called store to be told that they don't have enough drivers and it would be at least another 45 minutes. Almost 2 hours for mediocre pizza, no thanks. Terrible way to run a delivery business. This is what you get when you hire inexperienced children to run/work your business.

Called to check on our pizza order after an hour and 15 minutes only to be told they were short on drivers an our pizza had not even been started. If we wanted it in less than another hour to two we would have to come get it ourselves. We ordered through the app so they could have contacted us but didn’t. Also our order was wrong, they put jalapeños on one instead of banana peppers and I paid for two garlic butters and got none. Over all just really pitiful.

This particular Domino's is in the same shopping plaza as the Publix. The store itself is bright and inviting and the service was friendly enough. As for the pizza, I Think most of us are familiar with Domino's and with the fact that their pizza is pretty much the fast food version of pizza. However, sometimes convenience will win out and a pizza from Domino's works.
Terrible location. My food was delivered to the wrong address and then when I called the store the employees continued to hang up on me repeatedly. It took about 8-10 repeat phone calls and 30 minutes before finally being able to speak with the manager Jesse and he offered nothing to compensate for the issue and told me he can have the order remade but it would take over 1 1/2 hours to be delivered. Totally unacceptable!!!!!!
