Dunkin’ Donuts might look OK on the outside, but they treat their employees like Absolute garbage Jason the manager sits on his tail takes orders and does nothing else and expects everybody else to do everything and then when you do one little thing wrong or you don’t learn something fast enough you’re gone just like that it’s so unprofessional Jason hasn’t been manger but a year or so and workers that have been there 4 years promised raises and yet to see it not even a cent.

Michelle at the Decatur AL location deserves a raise. She was so positive and happy to help. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Her attitude is complete opposite of all other employees at this location so it was unbelievably refreshing to be helped by her. Good employees are hard to find. I hope Dunkin can recognize that she is a good one, and appreciate her so that she can stay. Thank you Michelle 🩷

Updated review below : AmaZing coffee and fresh donuts I missed having a dunks and this one doesn't disappoint they are loving in nature customer and the kindness shows ! Don't hesitate to give them a go ! Updated after more visits . The a.m. crew is fantastic the afternoon crew however is not the same and customer service is not the same nor does it seem present . We got whole ice pieces in our drink literal whole ice pieces the girl took the ice I put on a napkin to show her and threw it out and got mad at me like it was my fault so I took pictures and then threw it out she did end up refunding me for it but I wanted the coffee drink I ordered, I just wanted to be able to drink it . It started pouring outside and I had to go back in there just to let them know it wasn't drinkable and I needed it fixed I wasn't rude I just wanted help and for an almost $6 drink to be able to drink it or at least someone behind the counter to care and remake it would have been amazing I have worked in various places and customer service is always a must . Adding pics below . I will also add Jason the name on the receipt was not who served me it was two girls .
