Updated review below : AmaZing coffee and fresh donuts I missed having a dunks and this one doesn't disappoint they are loving in nature customer and the kindness shows ! Don't hesitate to give them a go ! Updated after more visits . The a.m. crew is fantastic the afternoon crew however is not the same and customer service is not the same nor does it seem present . We got whole ice pieces in our drink literal whole ice pieces the girl took the ice I put on a napkin to show her and threw it out and got mad at me like it was my fault so I took pictures and then threw it out she did end up refunding me for it but I wanted the coffee drink I ordered, I just wanted to be able to drink it . It started pouring outside and I had to go back in there just to let them know it wasn't drinkable and I needed it fixed I wasn't rude I just wanted help and for an almost $6 drink to be able to drink it or at least someone behind the counter to care and remake it would have been amazing I have worked in various places and customer service is always a must . Adding pics below . I will also add Jason the name on the receipt was not who served me it was two girls .

Best customer service I’ve received at a Dunkin. The one taking the order was very happy. They made my drink to perfection and my food was hot.
Worst coffee shop in Decatur,Alabama. I am so thankful for ALL the other ones in town so that I don't have to go here. Employees are rude, service time is horrible, atmosphere is bad due to Employees attitudes.
Plenty of other amazing options in Decatur for coffee and or donuts. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

This was terrible. They had no food available we wanted to order, which i can understand. so we ordered something else and get to the window and didn’t have that either. So we got something else and they gave it back and it was cold and no napkins. the first lady that came through the drive through intercom was so sweet and then the person who took our order sounded as if she absolutely hated her life and her job. hoping it was just an off day and not all customers get treated that way on the daily.

The worst service I have ever experienced . First my wife and I waited in the drive thru for ten minutes. Finally decided to go inside , it was another few minutes before we were acknowledged. Young lady finally walked over and just looked at us . No can I help you or anything just looked at us . Finally I said we wanted 1/2 dozen donuts . I paid with a 20 dollar bill , she then said she didn't have enough change to give me . All of this with an attitude ! I told her I'd like to speak to a manager and she said she was the shift manager and her mother was the store manager . This was nothing less than ghetto . Young lady shouldn't even have a job . The manager needs to give her a crash course of customer service.
