Her attitude is complete opposite of all other employees at this location so it was unbelievably refreshing to be helped by her. Good employees are hard to find. I always have the most pleasant experience with the manager. That opens up at the store. She, as well as her staff, are very professional end kind. She's very knowledgeable as I always have questions about different shrinks or foods that's being promoted. She's always able to answer them without hesitation. I have never ever had a type of greeting from any other place I visited like the one that I get when I come to dunkin' in the morning.The manager name is...

I always have a great experience here. The pumpkin muffin today was dry, and I had to throw it away. There are always going to be times like that, but there is no reason to give a bad rating. Hopefully, the next time will be great. Thank y'all for everything you do. Have a great day.
