Firehouse Subs Decatur

Well my wife came in and ordered 2 sandwiches and waited for 40mins. They 4 online orders after she placed ours and still haven't started our order. Not very happy at all. Won't be going back to them..

Terrible service the food was cold and bread was hard. When I called and asked for my money back the manager said that she could give cash. So I came back with food in hand. She then said that she talked to the owner and he said that they could not only refund but could not remake the food. Then the manager took it upon themselves to tell me that the bread they used came from Walmart. As I stood there I looked around and everyone else had good soft bread that was eating inside. Keep in mind I am the only person of color getting food and mine was hard bread from Walmart. I told the manager when I spoke with him that I tried calling corporate I couldn’t reach them. His response was well you know why? He stated because he is corporate and that nothing would get done and have a good day. Make sure that yall find somewhere else to eat. This place is a joke and management is even worse.

Ordered on the app, food was ready on time. Employees were very attentive and polite. Food was absolutely DELICIOUS!

We went in at 6:33 there were 3 people on the line; 2 of them were talking, which is perfectly fine. However, when I went to place my order they ignored us for a few minutes, when they finally took our order it was just a turkey bacon ranch sub M, and a NY steamer M not combos and it took them til 6:53 to give us our food. There wasn’t even any other customers when we placed ours. Another lady came in after us and placed her order and it was given out almost immediately after.

I always have a great experience at firehouse and most of the time the same manager is there I believe her name is Ty. She greets me with a smile every time and has great customer service. The three ladies who were working today were all very kind and got my food out quickly.

This location has been awesome every time our company uses it for catered events. Please be sure to visit this location. The staff is welcoming and willing to assist with any issues that may occur. Phenomenal job, Firehouse Decatur on Spring Ave.

I came in to pick up a mobile order. Usually, I get greeted when I step inside. This time, I came inside and walked into a funeral. I looked at all 4 employees and not one said anything. Felt like they didn't want me there. So I say good morning, and I get one of them to say it back. Cool. I was acknowledged. I walk up to the counter, and the 2 at the counter just stare at me. They were doing nothing, just staring. Eventually he asks me what I needed, and I tell him about the pickup. I get my food and leave. The whole experience felt like they didn't want me there because of my race, because I looked like a tourist, or because I didn't look liberal enough. And yes, I can tell. Never coming back to this location.

Came on Tuesday, July 15 at 10 after 11 to pick up a DoorDash you have four or five young boy standing behind the line At the Decatur, Alabama location and the only one that was back there doing any work was the little Mexican looking guy the other three or four boys will huddle up talking in the middle and not helping and not doing nothing. Sit there for 20 minutes waiting on an order.

The food was fresh and hot, as usual. The service was friendly and helpful.

My roommate had gone to Firehouse Subs and brought me back a sub. It was literally soaked in mayo and the bread was completely soggy. Switching out the bread just made me even more irritated since I paid over $10 for a sub. I actually went back and got there near closing time

It was the same people behind the counter from when my roommate was there. Teenage boys who obviously could care less about being there. They made me a new sandwich for free, but didn't bother apologizing and the new sub still had a lot of mayo, even though I showed them the soaked mess I had gotten.

This is the first time I had come here in years and it'll be the last. If a manager reads this, please fire your teenagers working the night shift or teach them some consideration.

Taste was there but for 15.00 I would hope for more sandwiche

Always great service, fast and quick meals, we usually get ours to go. love that they support fire depts.

😡 Absolutely dropped the ball!!! This is not the first time this has happened!!! I ordered a catering worker days before gave payment info and was promised by the owner that it would be ready. He even told me he would be out of town but he would have it handled! Well walked in and they didn’t know anything and beyond that told me basically it didn’t happen. And beside all of that I asked if they wanted my business and they looked at me with a resounding NO we don’t!!! Well… never again Firehouse! Zero care or customer service. PERIOD
