All my previous experiences at various 5 guys locations prior to today (11/29/2005) were excellent. However, the in-store experience today at the 5 guys in Decatur, AL was bad. The place was not that busy since we went in after their lunch rush. Neither the Burgers nor the Fries were served hot. And it appeared that the workers may have initially made the burgers incorrectly then scraped off incorrect toppings and condiments.

Sweet tea was sour. Told an employee. I told them it was SOUR. She said she would put more sugar in it but like.. that’s not what the issue was. The tea was old and needed to be thrown away.

Five Guys never disappoints! Fresh, juicy burgers made to order with unlimited toppings, perfectly crispy fries cooked in peanut oil, and creamy, customizable milkshakes. Friendly staff, quick service, and generous portions make every visit worth it. Always consistent, always delicious!

Five Guys have stumbled upon the perfect burger. They are expensive but worth it. Everything just works together. Their fries are so good. It's not always the cleanest, but I can't recall ever having a bad experience at this location.
