Ordered 3 MEALS with 3 shakes... recieved 3 burgers, one fry, 2 shakes and a cup of pecans with whipped cream... went to ask about our other fries and the girls said oh im sorry I only put in one meal and 2 sandwiches... placed order for 2 more fries, $8 and 15 minutes later we had food, girl did NOT give us our change ( only 30 cents) but still.... and before we left all 3 of us where sick as heck!!! Definitely do not recommend unless you NEED DIARRHEA and severe cramps

The food is good and the service is good but the manager there is rude and hateful to his employees the entire we were eating he was micromanaging everything they did and talked to them like they were stupid in front of everyone. He even threatened the young man running the drive thru. I wont be back it took everything inside of me not to tell him off on their behalf
Consistent!! They get our order right every time and we have a family of 6 so we aren’t small and easy. They are probably the most consistent place we get takeout from. Hot and yummy, employees are nice as well. Manager is doing good here!!!
Food is excellent, service is prompt and courteous, and everything is neat and clean. This is the best Freddy's we've ever been to. The manager seems to be the reason this location is well run.

We have ate at this place several times and each time we enjoy. Let me start with the man that's always on staff. I feel as if he runs a great business. The kids working are actually working! Unlike a lot of fast food joints. The food we order has always been consistent also. I also like the fact that it feels clean upon walking in the establishment! Thanks for providing Decatur with a good burger joint. They are sure slim in our city!

I don't know if it was a joke or not but I ordered delivery and my burger was swimming in mustard. I usually enjoy my burgers from here but this time not at all. The whole paper was covered in mustard. Not cool
