I purchased cookie cake slices and they were stale. On top of it I watched a worker use Lysol/Clorox wipes to clean the cookie sheet pans. Last I checked these are not food grade sanitizing wipes. So, just beware when you eat here you’re exposed to toxic chemicals.

My brother and SIL were in a horrific accident the day before her bday, her cookie cake was destroyed. I called Bridge Street and they were too booked to make a new one. I called Decatur. I told her what had happened she said they were booked but they would gladly make one more. I will ALWAYS take my business back to the Decatur store.

The customer service at this place SUCKS and then they get bent out of shape when you don’t tip them for slapping a couple of cookies in a box… this tipping culture needs to change. The only people making money on “it’s going to ask you a question” is the credit card companies.

I went to get some cookies with an out of town friend tonight, the three people that were their ignored us for ten minutes playing on their phones. The mixed girl glared at us and the blonde ignored us completely. The boy was the one who eventually helped us and then seemed angry when I asked a question. They had almost nothing for sale and we didn't even come in close to closing. I always talk this place up because I love it but after this I don't think I'll be coming back.

Place is a joke. I came 30 minutes late on purpose to pick up my cookie cake. Upon my arrival I was told that it would be another 45 minutes to an hour before my order was ready. When I requested a refund they just repeatedly told me they were behind on their orders....

Walking with my children and husband through the mall, my youngest child (4) took off and I asked my middle child (9) to go after her and get her. Well to make this short worker at this establishment rudely belted out stop running and I was ok with that.. however my husband smiled at her and said that he was sorry our son was only looking after our Lil one. She did not look up but rolled her eyes and murmured under herbreath. She again belted out mall security will take care of you all. For whatever reason she had a sour and down right ugly attitude. I had to get this off my chest as I think it is unacceptable behavior. **note: if you choose to work with the public... be kind. Smile it goes a long way.

I wish I could give zero stars. This was the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I came up to get a few cookies and a slushie today with my sister and toddler. There were THREE women working and ONE customer in front of me. I waited in line patiently for over ten minutes, AFTER the customer in front of me ordered after they had been waiting ten minutes. There were ATLEAST SIX CUSTOMERS IN LINE BEHIND ME. First! The tall brunette comes out the back clearly chewing and wiping crumbs from her mouth and goes to get my cookies out the case, asking what I wanted. I replied that AFTER SHE WASH HER HANDS I would like 3 cookies and a slushie. She got upset and walked away. The blonde and the mixed girl looked at me and stood there and weren't going to take my order. Then the girl YELLED at me what would I like. I repeated my order and she slammed my cookies down on the counter and then no one took my payment! The blonde then rudely said they were busy! Um NO, THERE WAS ONE PERSON IN LINE AHEAD OF ME AND THREE OF YOU STANDING THERE DOING NOTHING. Then the girl snatched my debit card swiped it angrily and walked away.I have NEVER in my life experienced anything like this. As a business owner you are better off closing the store than keeping these three employees on your team.Get it together. This is completely unacceptable.

Stop to buy a big cookie, no occasion nothing special. I asked did they have 12in. they said no but we have 16in. I say okay, I'd like to buy one. They look at me like I'm crazy and said I couldn't do that!! I've done this numerous times before. Just lost my business!!!!
