The cinnamon roll was extremely hot and I burned my mouth terribly. The pie was not hot or even warm. The coffee was great, brewed fresh for me. The service was actually the beat part. They were genuine people working for a living. I would return. The atmosphere only gets 2 stars because the windows seating is limited.

Order the grill frisco breakfast sandwich . They put it in the microwave if I wanted that, I could went to a convenience store and did the same thing.And save two dollars

Wow it actually great this is my first time eating here and i love it service is good but holy the food is amazing i came here for work as a kid and i really recommend this if your starving i remove 1 star cause it cost alot but is it worth it for 5 people. YES

Got chicken biscuit for breakfast. chicken was burnt black, very dry, and was awful. Additionally, I asked for honey or maple syrup, and they didn't have any.

It makes me kinda upset to say this, but this Hardee’s, like others in the area, is quite sad. While the breakfast is OK, what used to be spectacular burgers on the lunch menu are now to the point that they are abysmal. They acknowledge this so much by not even staying open past 2 PM. What sort of cataclysmic management decisions could screw up what was once nearly the best fast food burgers in the industry, rivaling that of good restaurant burgers, to the substandard offerings that they have now? Please go back to the Carl’s Jr. burgers, guys. This is not good at all.
Edit, 5/21/25, I responded as requested, and to the email follow up, and then silence from Hardee’s. I guess they don’t have a real response.
I just want them to get better. Lot of potential here.
BTW, none of the Hardee’s locations around here are able to handle online ordering with the app.

They ran out of large patties. Instead of telling me, they figured it would be a nice surprise to have 2 small pieces of meat on a Frisco burger. Terrible and the meat had been made a while.

The first time I went the short old lady lied to me saying everything was in the bag and go to check i was missing something then this morning I asked for regular Dr pepper when it tasted like diet Dr pepper and the lady doing drive thru gotten a attitude with me saying that it was regular Dr pepper and I'm no fan of Dr pepper but I know what regular Dr pepper taste like so I'm never going there again
The staff was very pleasant and food was fresh and delicious 😋 thanks for feeding my family 😁🙏

LOVE HARDEE'S! they have the BEST breakfast biscuits ❤️ loaded omelet biscuit is one of my favorites. They also have amazing charbroiled burgers!!!!

I was given a cold omlet biscuit with cheese!! They all stared at me when I brought it back, & got quiet, as if they all knew the biscuit was cold! The manager stood by & never said a word, no apology. Nothing!!! Never Again!!!!!
