Loved trying the Steak & Shrimp Hibachi meal with Diet Pepsi & it was all good for the taste of my experience & it's my first time to dine in Hibachi Express in Decatur, AL.

Normally I enjoy eating the steak and shrimp, but tonight my rice wasn't done all the way through, it had a crunch to it. The shrimp was a little on the raw side, the vegetables had no flavor, and the steak was few, I mean few. In my opinion, you should train your employees properly on how to prepare food, especially the younger crew. They don't understand that food is expensive, and our food should be prepared and cooked a little better than it was today.Thank You
