They get my order wrong a good amount of the time and the last few times I ordered sprite for my drink it came out pink twice and brown once

Staff was helpful and nice. The lady who took my order was super professional and sweet to me. Food is a good price. Came out hot and tasted good. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. The only thing to improve on is in the dining room. The ac unit(or ice maker or something) makes a loud grinding noise. That’s literally the only thing that stops this from being perfect

We arrived at this location to order 3 piece chicken with biscuit at 9:10 pm. To our surprise, no chicken was cooked and they appeared to be cleaning the restaurant early. Mind you this location closes at 10pm. The young lady at the counter said we needed to wait while they drop chicken. We decided to wait (40 mins). They gave other customers the option to wait while they drop chicken, most people decided to leave. This is bad business and they will lose a lot of customers with this type of customer service. When we asked to speak to the manager to express our concerns, the manager explained(aggressive and rude) they aren't allowed to drop chicken after 9pm unless a customer places an order. The manager on duty was Elsa (no name tag???).

Ordered a 4 piece tender meal, and paid for a 4 piece. They ended up giving me a 3 piece. Also ordered a side of coleslaw and paid for it. Also did not receive it. They all seamed rushed and like they didn't want to be there and it wasn't even that busy.

Terrible! Order was wrong, and the food was cold after waiting forever in the drive through tonight. We went back to have it fixed and it was still wrong.
after a few minutes, waiting for someone to answer to put in my order, the young lady replied with a smart remark. What do you want and then when I went inside to talk to the manager, the manager never exchange name to put in to allow me to put in my grievance, and there was no exchange when I asked for the district number to speak to someone to know what is going on at this store. She replied she didn’t have a number and wouldn’t give me the number for the district manager or the region manager. I will not be stopping at the store on my way through this town again

I was in the drive-thru for 30 minutes at about 1:00 pm and I have never seen so many people drive off due to frustration.. I'm talking like 7 to 8 cars here while I stayed in the line and finally got to the window and I just sat there for probably 10 minutes before someone even came over and then it was to verify my order, No greeting, no apology for waiting for 40 minutes No nothing. I hate to say it but you had way too many people standing around talking, people out back smoking and you've got seven to eight cars leaving the drive-thru and going somewhere else ?
Quite possibly the worst drive-through experience I've ever had and I will never be back

The staff was very kind and our drive-thru order went very quick! I love the new tiny chicken sandwiches. They are the perfect amount if you're just a little bit hungry. The burgers and fries are always a good choice as well.The burgers and fries are always a good choice as well.
