Well 1st of all this the 2nd time that the service here and be pitiful. I thought I would give this location another chance. Not again.... I'll drive across town before I come here again. Walked in a people standing waiting for food or to waited on. Person who finally took our order could do nothing but complain it was time for her to go.

This is the Jack's in Decatur. I ordered the special ( chicken fingers , fries , cookie ) for $6 . The chicken & fries were hot and fresh, they didn't have any cookies ( which my 4 year old granddaughter would have been devastated! Lol ) but they gave me a cup of vanilla ice cream for a substitute. They made it all work out for her . Thank you & great job !

The night crew here is a JOKE! Just a bunch of kids who don’t care. Not an adult in site. Got my order completely wrong but didn’t seem to care. Will never be back.
I installed the app while in the parking lot at 7:40pm&made my order.The staff ask for my order at drive thru.I told her I'd ordered on-line.I gave her my name,She laughingly said We have nobody by that name&left the drive-thru.I drove to the pick up window&witnessed 3 youngsters just" kicking it" I drove off&will hopefully never have to visit the location again!

Outdoor atmosphere as I was in the drive thru.I ordered a big bacon meal no lettuce, no tomato with a LG coke. Got to work and had both lettuce and tomatoe and a diet coke. That just goes to show you that Jacks along with most of the drive thru's in Decatur could care less if the customer get his food correctly. This is on any given day.
