The morning shift is great. Food tastes really good. You never know what you’ll get from that evening shift. My food was burnt, the employees looked like they had been working on a railroad. I’ll NEVER eat there after breakfast hours again.

Jack's is the most dependable place to get food on the drive to work. Their service is amazing!!!It's my favorite pit stop for breakfast ?.Starbucks might make you late, but Jack's makes you early or on time to work. In & out in under 5 minutes if no line, 10 mins MAX if there is a line.The ladies are so sweet, and Jack's saves lives and keeps people sane with all the quick service during morning rush.Thank you so much.
I ran to Jacks to get myself a Big Bacon Ranch which is on sale for a decent price, get back to the office and seriously I thought I was having an onion sandwich... very overpowering, but the most disappointing thing about it, THE BACON... where's the bacon? they took what appeared to be 1/2 pc. of bacon... crumbled it up and THAT was my big bacon Ranch sandwich... very disappointing to say the least. I mean come on, at least ATTEMPT to make it look like the picture, just a little bit. OH AND THE FRIES WERE COLD .. JUST SAYIN

Place looked like a abandoned waffle house and I never got my order after 15 minutes so I left. My friends that did get their food, didn't eat all of it.

I came in and ordered a chicken sandwich combo for work. I usually don't have problems with my food here, but I'm legit upset right now. The chicken is so dry and cold, and the fries are cold with no seasoning. I just wasted 9.00 on food I can't even eat. It should be noted I work literally 2 minutes away from the restaurant so there is no reason it should have been cold. ?Update: I contacted them as asked. I filled out that entire questionnaire. Don't bother doing it, they intend to continue serving day old food and that's the end of it. No refund is provided for handing out trash so I wouldn't recommend going here.
