I ordered a biscuit and gravy, two steak biscuits. The lady brought it to my car after waiting I pulled off open my bag and my biscuits and gravy has slid out and was in the bottom of my bag. I wished I could take a picture so I could show it to you all but we need to start doing better. Money does not come easy these days

I'm a regular here for breakfast. It's usually pretty busy - both the drive thru and eat in. Occasionally they get my order wrong but they always make it right. One thing they could do better with its cleaning the tables. I rarely see anyone doing that.

The people were nice. The restaurant looked clean. The coleslaw tasted good but was watery. The chicken fried chicken was tough on the outside and the biscuit was not edible because it was so hard. Jacks usually has better food but not this time.

I give the place half star, tables and floors were a mess.. I was the only customer at the counter, no one would take my order, then a lady walks in with a already purchased meal missing some items and they took care of her right away after that they slowly took my order. So I ordered a kids burger meal because I am elderly and don’t eat much. I realize it doesn’t come with onion, so I went back and ask for a slice and the manger informed me I would have to pay for it. The ketchup bin was filled with strawberry jelly. My order was to eat in they gave it to me in a bag . I suppose all the trays were dirty. This was about 2:30 pm. I was the only person in the lobby at the time besides a guy who appears to have access to permanent refills from across the street.

Shorter Latina or Caucasian, out of uniform and making calls pulled my group toward and we waited for 23 minutes all for fries and three milkshakes, the worker sat outside the entire time, then we walked in and our shakes where melted and missing a shake aswell. Worker completely out of uniforms with no name tag or jacks shirt, aswell as making phone calls. Horrible service. Workers name was Hope (asked a co worker).

Just left Jacks on Beltline Rd. Worse experience ever. First off the young lady working the drive thru wasn’t listening nor reading to assist me with a coupon. Then got her manager & get this the manager didn’t comprehend as well. My burger wasn’t made correctly. The Sprite tastes like water. The manager said the fries were fresh but nope they were not fresh. They were cold. All of the food was cold. No excuse for y’all being that lazy in there. All in all this was a terrible meal & a terrible experience. Please do better.

Horrible service Jeremy Reed was the manager on duty the way he talked to his employees was very distasteful I witnessed him making cruel jokes he called several employees useless including the only pregnant young lady taking orders my chicken indeed was cold and went to ask for fresh ones he ignored me I will never come back to this establishment again

The service was pitiful. All the young lady was doing was playing on her phone. We stood at the register for about 5 minutes and had to ask if there was anyone that could take our order. She came over and asked what we wanted. My nephew ordered his milkshake and told her he had $4 on his cash app and a $1 cash. She said I need the cash first. Took the dollar and went right back to her phone. Got our money back and left

I don't know why, but the green beans are the shizzle! Love the cheeseburgers, but too many freaking onions! Have to remember to tell them to leave them off (and replace with pickles)😉
