I ordered a wing basket and the girl at the window told me they don't have ranch dressing she lied straight to my face I can't have wings and no dipping sauce. So I went BK a week later and found out she was lieing she just didn't want to take the extra time to get me a ranch cup smh

My husband and I go to this location at least twice a week. The service is getting worse by the day, this morning there were two cooks in particular that were more interested in standing around and talking to each other than serving food. It was pretty busy and the lady taking the orders at the counter had to go back to the kitchen area and complete several orders due to the fact that the two cooks were not fixing the customers food. One gentleman was standing there waiting on his order and I had to tell the worker that his order had been cleared off the screen before he got his order! Our order took 25 minutes before being completed, again the lady at the counter had to go into the kitchen and fix our plates! To top it all off, the cooks didn’t even bother cooking any grits! Several of us had ordered them but were given double gravy instead. The least they could have done was to let us decide what option we would have liked to have in place of the grits. This experience today was the last straw, we will go elsewhere from now on - McDonald’s and Wendy’s are just down the road!

This location never has any sauces, I go regularly to check bc I love the chicken fingers. And rarely has there been any honey mustard. Maybe once or twice out of the ten or so times visited.

Not so good this time. I had my usual, gravy biscuit and a side of bacon. Within 15 minutes I had a very bad case of diarrhea hit me.

Service getting worse. I stop here every morning because it is on my way to work. The manager is always rude and acts like it is an inconvenience to even take your order. Most mornings it is hit or miss on cold food or hot. This morning was my last visit. This is several times that she has left silverware out. I will find other options. That lady is terrible for business. Truly if you hate your job then get out! Customer service in food service is very important. At least take pride in your job and be courteous to the customers that give your business money.

My hashbrowns are always cold, and they need to change the grease. There was an individual who have poor customer service and needs to be retrained on how to communicate their ready to take your order via drive through. I experience the worker yelling at customers in front of me. Bad for business.

So tonight we decided on jacks for dinner. We get to the drive through and we order. She lets me know they’re out of honey mustard, cool so I order ranch. Get to the window to pay she tells me I’m sorry, we don’t have tomato for the big bacon burger my husband was upset but whatever we had tomatoes at the house. I asked to add two extra ranches she said it will be .53 cents extra, then only rings me in for one and only gives me one extra. I was over it by then, drove around and checked the order and didn’t realize they also shorted me a fry. Also, had to ask for more seasoning bc there was literally almost nothing in the fries in the first place.My thing is how are you gonna charge me for something when you can’t even give me everything that comes with my meal? Make it make sense please.

No nuggets and then the employee got so rude cause she couldn't hear us thru the drive thru. It was ridiculous... I've always been taught the customer is right. If I talked that way to someone while I was doing their hair I'd hope they smacked me! This is the Beltline

All of their drinks were extremely flat, or just syrup. The buns for the burgers were super crunchy, and the tables were all very dirty! Very disappointing ☹️
