We ordered Jimmy John's to be delivered. It took over an hour and a half for our food to arrive and we work only five minutes away from Jimmy John's. We called after an hour of waiting and was told the driver was making four other deliveries with ours. The bag was wet and the paper on the wrappings were also wet. Our food was only Luke-warm. After checking the bag, we noticed we were missing chips and the delivery driver said he would bring them later. We told him do not do that because we did not have an extra hour to wait for the rest of our food.

They failed to listen to my order as a matter of fact the sandwich maker started my sandwich w/o my order being completed in system thus it had onions and was not baked…overall it was speed over quality product.

I always have enjoyed JJohns... but the fact that it's a sin to toast any sub is honestly ridiculous to me! You can't toast just any sub--only certain ones. Which is so dumb and makes me take my business to firehouse up the road! As they don't make a ordeal outta toasting any sandwich!!

Second strike - A couple weeks ago I ask for a pickle and was told they were out. Today, no French bread, only wheat! I love me some JJ's but this is crazy. The 2 most important things that keeps me coming back and you're out of them.

I just had to cancel my order that I placed 40 minutes ago and still hasn't left the store. How the hell do you offer delivery service but you only have one driver!! This is the most ridiculous experience I have ever had. You're wasting people's time!! I expect a full refund immediately!!

Had an absolutely horrible experience the first time I went to J.J. First was the food , the bread felt like it was from 3 weeks ago, an was a completely crap experience. Second time I took my father's wife and was never even acknowledged when entering or waited on for food, even though there were 2-3 employees and no one else in the shop. For the money you would expect a little more. Decatur J.J you lost a life long customer because of poor employees! Do better. I work retail so I know what I should expect and receive. Smh

I called again and they comped the original order and sent a new sandwich...which again took an hour to arrive. For freaky fast, they were not.

I honestly love Jimmy John’s. I don’t think I’ve ever had a negative interaction with any of the staff. Food is always great. Today, ordered delivery and noticed an item was missing. Called the store to ask about it and they called the driver (who was so sweet about it) who was back with my item within minutes. The folks that work here are doing a great job.
