First time and food was great and service was perfect. Did not get the waitresses name but I did let I think a lady manager know she was good!! Will go again.

Went for dinner with my daughter and her family. The salad bar was fresh and cold. Just wish they would have labeled the dressings. Our waitress was so sweet and polite. The food was brought out fairly quickly and was delicious.

What happened jws? This place use to have great food .. Had 2 12 oz ribeyes which really were 6 oz , Brussel sprouts were completely still raw, Childs steak was the size of a silver dollar literally, no baked potatoes , no bacon bits for salad and very overpriced… I’m actually in disbelief at how bad our food was .. not sure if management changed or what but I don’t foresee this local establishment lasting much longer .. 10/10 do not recommend and I’ve been a supporter of jws for years

We got a hamburger steak and and it was not done how I told them To cook it and they took it back and came back in 30 seconds with the same steak so I went to Dairy Queen and it was 10 times better than JW’s

Had the Caribbean steak it was delicious but i couldnt believe it was $10 more an almost half the size of a longhorn Outlaw steak. If it was the same price id go every week but as is once every few months when my taste buds need awakening.lol server was great atmosphere was nice. Only complaint is as everyone says its a bit pricey.

Our waiter, while nice, never checked on us. We ran out of drinks twice. They weren’t busy. We even asked another person to tell our waiter we were out of drinks. Didn’t help. You need to know they charge you an extra 3% if you use any kind of card.
