Placed a 120.00 online order and went to pick it up to be told they closed at 5pm although the website AND door sign said they closed at 10PM. Girl who popped off at us about they closed at 5 was rude and hateful.

I placed a delivery order and upon being delivered the driver dropped the drinks into the food so both drink completely destroyed and a bunch of the food ruined due to being covered in the drinks. When i spoke to someone about this I was told a refund of 50% of the order was to be given the order total was $50.38 I received a refund of $6.50 barely more than the drinks themselves. So I paid full price for food I couldn't eat.

Just received burnt waffles and half burnt chicken and 3 tiny strips only good thing was the mash potatoes I received at 3:26pm on Tuesday 27th of May.. and while eating our food there was heavy rap music 🎶 playing thought this was KFC?

Went to this KFC for lunch but ended up not even placing an order because if the bathrooms are that disgusting there’s no way the kitchens aren’t nasty. Two stalls in the ladies. One was overflowing with toilet paper the other wouldn’t flush and only had a tiny bit of toilet paper. There was a wad of what looked like men’s beard hair trimmings in the only sink. Not a soul in the dining area or drive through at 11am on a Friday also should have been a clue to not bother stopping. I know it’s petty but also the close parking spots were all taken up by the staff vehicles - there was literally no one in the restaurant.
Chicken was not fully cooked. The soda machine drips water out of the front as you are dispensing Pepsi Zero or Peach Mountain

This place sucks!!! We really like KFC food but the service here is terrible. If you come here after 6:00 expect to get told you will have to wait 20 minutes on chicken??? It's all because they are lazy and don't want to serve anyone. We've experienced this enough to know what's going on. Good luck as we'll not give them any more Goddamn chances!!!
