Haven’t had krispy crème for several years and finally stopped by this location to enjoy a treat but unfortunately it was awful. I ordered the 24 assorted dots and they were definitely at least a day old like from the day before. They were stale and hard. Complete waste of money. We waited in line in the drive through for 15 min thinking well I’m sure they are making fresh donuts that’s why it’s taking so long. Um not even close. Not coming here again. Super disappointed.

Donuts tasted of kind of old and one of the girls behind the register was just very very I hate to say weird but I don't want to say mean?!?! I mean we bought two dozen donuts and we don't go to Krispy Kreme very often and it wasn't the best to say for sure. The specialty donuts were very disappointing 😞

Unfortunately this use to be my favorite Krispy Kreme donut shop. In the past the food was always exceptional and the employees friendly. Came by last week and wow 17$ for 6 days old Halloween donuts???? One was so stale I spit it out and threw it in the trash. The girl at the window had an attitude like she was too damn pretty to take my order. Extremely disappointed if the donuts were at least tasty I would look over the outrageous charge of 17$ for 6 Halloween donuts. I might come back in the future since lve had such amazing delicious experiences in the past. All I ask is throw days old donuts away.

I loved to go in there when that older man was Managing or may have even been a worker but he was so nice with the best attitude..Fast-forward till now I will still drive to Decatur from Cullman for Donuts but theres 2 women in there 1 is older the other younger I cant stand to deal with. They used to have fresher last time I had to take old dry ones home while i watched the older mean lady making fresh Donuts but refused to give me fresh and just very rude about it.

Harry Potter donuts. Gryffindor ravenclaw (my fave) Slytherin...and Hufflepuff are represented in class colors. The Sorting Hat donut is freekin yummy!! Try them before they're gone

I had a huge craving for cinnamon rolls and they weren't visible at the donut counter!! But the girl serving was very kind and brought them out right away since they were already ready but still sitting on the trays waiting to cool and she didn't hesitate to bring them over to put them in the to-go box!!! I'm glad I visited this place!!! And the best part is I didn't know it's open until 11 pm, it's great!!! I will definitely be back to this place again!!!
I don’t live in Decatur but my grandkids do and every experience I have had at this location has been awesome! Fresh doughnuts and friendly staff. The exceptional experience this morning is why I wanted to leave a good review.

Sold me week old display donuts, drove back and got a full refund also returned the coffee. The poor girls on the register told me the manager/owner makes them try to sell them. Also, the oil was old and rancid. Terrible franchise.

I got 4 dozen assorted. Cashier didn't have an inviting attitude.. on top of that . They didn't have napkins in the whole store. Once I got to my destination with them. Quite a few of the ones that were suppose to be filled had nothing in them. Waste of my money
