I don’t live in Decatur but my grandkids do and every experience I have had at this location has been awesome! Fresh doughnuts and friendly staff. The exceptional experience this morning is why I wanted to leave a good review.

Sold me week old display donuts, drove back and got a full refund also returned the coffee. The poor girls on the register told me the manager/owner makes them try to sell them. Also, the oil was old and rancid. Terrible franchise.

I got 4 dozen assorted. Cashier didn't have an inviting attitude.. on top of that . They didn't have napkins in the whole store. Once I got to my destination with them. Quite a few of the ones that were suppose to be filled had nothing in them. Waste of my money

You could just breath in the aroma of fresh donuts as soon as you walked in the door!! Great customer service! An abundance of great looking donuts today!! We grabbed a mixed dozen and then another cinnamon roll donuts to eat in the car!!

When I walked in there were two workers sitting down having some conversation while one of the other (clearly very sick) workers struggled to move what should be easily movable bags on a dolly in and out of the store. She looked sick but she was super kind and rang me up as the other two still sat down doing nothing.

They don't even open store, you have to do drive thru. So the whole donut making show inside can't be seen. When you pickup at drive thru they put on plastic gloves (they pic the donuts up with) then still with gloves o they handle your box so when you get them the box has sticky glaze all over it and you don't want to sit it on your seats. The gloves should be used to pickup donuts and removed before they handle the box, this is just piss pour training from managers.
