The air machine at the Kroger fuel center on Wall-Triana in Madison,AL is a complete RIP-OFF at $2.00; not enough air pressure to fill a balloon, much less a pickup truck tire. I could only partially fill 2 tires, never could fill to 32 PSI, even though I had set the meter to 36. Not a fan!!

I moved here two years ago and loved Kroger. The fresh steaks and seafood in the back were always great and the produce was always fresh. Lately the produce section is terrible, the fresh meat in the back is never stocked and you can never get anyone to help you at the deli counter. Today I went in at 5 pm which is when everyone is doing shopping after work. Someone was behind the deli counter but when I started to tell her my order she was quick to tell me that she was closed and that she had to come in on a day off to close and couldn’t help me. I saw plenty of employees standing around talking about personal business but no one can help at the deli counter. We spend a lot of money there each week but today I had to waste money to get prepackaged because no one was willing to help at the deli counter so we won’t be back. I have watched a steady and rapid decline in every aspect of this location over the last months.

I am currently standing in a line that goes back through the chip aisle for self checkout. The line for the only manned register is back through the baking aisle. Why are there only one 4 self checkouts open and 1 manned register? Where is the manager? If you see lines backed up, jump on a register and get it cleared up.

Your Decatur store is great. W really need a Kroger store in Athens. Kroger has great prices and such a great variety of products to choose from.
