Went inside to get our food order $62 worth was waiting for our food watch and employee drop a burger on the floor picked it up and put it in our bag, immediately asked for a refund and they took 5 mins to figure out how to do that

Krystals itself was great! Just what you would think it would be. The issue at this particular Krystals is there traffic. Idk if its that way at all times of day or if I just hit th 'wrong' time to go bye there. It's located just right off the big road and traffic is everywhere!! I went toward later evening, so maybe that was why it was so bad. Hard to get off big road and then try to turn left, that is if u r coming from th Huntsville way. And then leaving the place, (if heading south bond) you would have to turn right to get outta there and then very next (very close) right would be an on ramp to head southbound. Caos in that area, assuming at the usually rush hrs I guess.. Everyone seems to be in a hurry BUT luckily they are also some VERY KIND PEOPLE, wulilling to let ya get out from there Ect, Ect, from time to time. Personally when I got off ramp saw nothing but vehicles everywhere, then noticed KRYSTALS [ Which happened to be the OnlY reason I was getting off there to begin with] is close to being directly to your left once u come off the ramp.. KRYSTALS itself was busy of corse but once I finally made it to them, NO PROBLEMS!! No bad wait time, NOT at ALL, I was impressed actually! GREAT SERVICE 👍 FRIENDLY PEOPLE as well..
Apparently 10 cheese Krystals, no pickles, add ketchup means 10 room temperature Krystals with unmelted cheese with pickles and no ketchup. For $20+ that’s kinda ridiculous.

The food was fresh and hot. Even my fries were just made fresh. The staff was very polite and engaging. Stopping here for dinner was a very pleasant break from a long day of traveling.
