I called and asked about a coconut cake. The woman that answered the phone said she didn't speak English. I asked to speak to someone who did and she told me no. She hung up on me. I'll never buy anything from this place.

If you wanna get treated like your not paying for what you are getring then this is the place, ladies working at front are so rude

The hours they say are not correct, I buy at 7 and it is closed, they open at 8.

I do not recommend and I have had bad experiences in this place, very bad service, some employees are rude, they answer us in a bad mood and the owners are just like they don't care if you give them complaints about their employees, but if the place continues like this, many customers will turn away. will withdraw

Baked items tasted life refrigerator or like they had been sitting in unclean refrigerator possibly frozen then unthowed. I spent four dollars and was so disappointed. Wasted my money

The cakes are horrible, the employee has zero courtesy, it's fine that we are far from Mexico and we love bread but the prices are stained if it were still fresh and delicious it would be worth it but they are not worth

I ordered a birthday cake for my Mom's birthday party from Nava's #2 in Decatur. It was the most delicious cake I've ever tasted, and way bigger than I thought it would be. the staff were also very nice. I will definitely return for any other cakes I need or want.

Rudeness, bread not good, pesimo servicio, la señora que siempre esta enfrente parece que no le va bien en su hogar que Trae esa misma actitud a su negocio que la verdad no se como todavia esta abierta esa panaderia con el mal servicio que tienen. La verdad no recomiendo este lugar y el pan no esta bueno, fui aqui porque la verdad es la unica panaderia cerca. Necesitamos una mejor panaderia Hispana aqui en Huntsville!

We love all the cakes we have gotten here for different special occasions and events. Their regular pastrys are amazing, too.
