Little Caesars was absolutely swamped tonight. When I walked in, there were already three people waiting inside and several cars lined up in the drive-thru. I had placed an online order for in-store pickup, with an estimated wait time of 30–40 minutes.

While I waited, I witnessed something truly impressive: a team of well-mannered, polite, and incredibly hardworking teens giving it their all. They were hustling nonstop to get orders out the door, apologizing for delays, and—despite the chaos—still smiling.

What stood out most was their attitude. They stayed composed, respectful, and kind through the rush. No complaints, no eye rolls—just genuine effort and professionalism.

“My son loves this place but I used to avoid this particular store like the plague—however, the last 3 times I have been there, there’s been a new girl working. Let me tell you— She smiles, She’s polite, The food is always ready, It’s always hot, It’s always cooked to perfection. It’s insane how different the store is now. And I never leave reviews, but I had to say something. Whoever that sweet girl is his saved this store.“
