There's a sign on the window that says a crazy combo is free if they dont offer it before payment. He took my payment, and when I asked for the combo, he canceled the transaction then charged me full price. He also didn't give me a receipt. Looked to be a manager too.

Had attitude tried to charge me for the wrong pizza the manager tried to use the crew member to talk to me even when I called to complain and had the crew member hang up the phone on me worse place ever oh that’s what happens when you try to do some cheap and easy for dinner very poor service

As a dasher this location is horrible. Yesterday while they weren't busy the order wasn't ready 20 minutes after pickup time still and I ended up unassigning the order.
Some employees don't understand that we as independent contractors don't get paid for waiting. Hence the 1 star for utterly wasting my time and money.
It doesn’t matter how you order. They never have it ready when they say. You can order online and go to the store, you will still have to wait the amount of time it takes to fix your order. Always behind.

The food is most of the times good, sometimes it takes a litle while or the line is a bit long on busy days, but other than that the staff and managment are polite👍🏿

So I just left from up there and I ordered 2 pepperoni and a cheese pizza cause one of my brothers don't eat meat ... but they gave me 3 pepperoni pizzas instead. I asked if I could just bring one pepperoni back and get my cheese pizza and they said no ... so of course I'm like so my brother that don't eat meat just not going to be able to eat tonight and the lady gone say yes ... no no no I will not be going back thank you ...
