So I just left from up there and I ordered 2 pepperoni and a cheese pizza cause one of my brothers don't eat meat ... but they gave me 3 pepperoni pizzas instead. I asked if I could just bring one pepperoni back and get my cheese pizza and they said no ... so of course I'm like so my brother that don't eat meat just not going to be able to eat tonight and the lady gone say yes ... no no no I will not be going back thank you ...

The food I usually do order here is always good. Only a handful of times have I had my order come up wrong. Though I will say to the ones handing out door dash orders the cashier needs to double check that the entire order is going out. I’ve had it delivered twice now with door dash and haven’t received some of my order. I chalk it up to the store being really busy at the time. Just double check the orders. Other than that this place and the workers are pretty great.

My son loves this place but I used to avoid this particular store like the plague—however, the last 3 times I have been there, there’s been a new girl working. Let me tell you— She smiles, She’s polite, The food is always ready, It’s always hot, It’s always cooked to perfection. It’s insane how different the store is now. And I never leave reviews, but I had to say something. Whoever that sweet girl is his saved this store.

I would recommend going here shout out to the young boy wearing the purple hoodie making pizzas he made everything how it should (manager seemed a bit rude) but other then that pizza was excellent ☺️

It's pretty crazy that they can't take payments in the store but can take my card over the phone. I told them I was driving and wasn't able to give them my card info they insisted I had to pay on the phone I couldn't pay with my card at the store.
I ordered online. I tried to track my order but it never uploaded. So after an hour I went to pick it up. It was “ready”. I got it home and the entire bottom was soggy and doughy. I had to put in the oven and recook it.

Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes until a worker noticed me. Placed my order for a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread, and the guy told me it would take 25 minutes?!? Do you guys not advertise "hot and fresh" and "ready in 10 minutes"? This location has some of the most incompetent individuals employed there. An obvious poor lack of management.

Told me to pick up my order 5 Minutes. When got inside the store they gave out my order to some one else. Got Frustrated the cashier when to her manager . N she started to hand me a refund n she was going to call the cop on me if I dnt swap my card. All because they didnt want to hand me my order. Management was awful n poor customer service. This is the worst for Decatur Alabama? There’s many times and I have a lot of friends around. They have bad encounter meant and they never really want to have a good customer service with nobody the worst. something has to change management has to change

The MANAGER fire that woman she is so rude and disrespectful. My family ordered pizza and HAIR WAS IN THE FOOD! She lied about giving us pizza for free and soda and then proceeded to lie saying “it’s all on camera.” She didn’t even check she lied. Hair was in a pizza slice that’s gross. NO HAIR CAPS OR GLOVES. Plus the manager is WOW please FIRE her now.
