Horrible missed up my order which on waited 35 min for. Took it back had to tear apart the order to prove sauce was missing only to sit another 45 min for half and still sitting as I write this review was never told sorry or anything this probably my last visit here my son eat alot of pizza

Use to love getting my lunch here, but after how I was treated this last time, I will find somewhere else to go. I ordered online and went inside to pick up my order that should have been in the portal for me to pick up. Instead I stood there for 15 min before anyone even came to the counter. My food was sitting where I could clearly see it and had been there before I got there. She the. Handed me the food, and I said no that's been sitting out , it is cold and I wanted it remade. They refused to remake it. I asked for the manager and she had a nasty attitude about having to remake my food due to their own faults. I will never go back.

I don't like the manager here or the restaurant much anymore. The golden rule with restaurants is the customer is always right. I ordered 2 medium pizzas and the person taking my order gave me one medium pizza and a deep dish pizza and I didn't get my receipt like I was supposed to so I didn't know until I went to go check on my order and when the store manager told me they didn't have my order in the system I told them to just give me my money back then. And she got an attitude with me. Then after I came back they kept trying to tell me what I ordered instead of making it right.

They are always super helpful and sweet even when they are busy and always strive to make sure you order is correct, hot, and fresh with a smile.Parking: Parking lot is located directly in front of establishment with plenty of spaces.Kid-friendliness: The staff is always super nice and helpful when it comes to having kids in the store as well as having child drink options.Wheelchair accessibility: The entire front area in front of the main doors is wheel chair accessible. They are perfectly able to accommodate any disabled/injusred persons.

Caryn (originally from the Hartselle location) is the best employee I have come across for this store! She shows true dedication and compassion for her customers! She was very understanding and patient with us and gave us top tier service, made my night! Hoping she stays with Danville road location she will do them a lot of good! We got the Pretzel crust pepperoni pizza with cheese sauce and a 2 liter. Thank you Caryn keep up the amazing work!

Trying to eat while a long line forms not a foot away you, makes me think back to stories a good friend told me about being in prison. Not my idea of ambiance, but to each their own.Not sure who was working about 30 mins ago (sounded like 2 females, 1 male.), but they are not people I'd have working for me. I mean how hard is it to remember that you put someone on hold 20 mins ago, then not bother to replace the receiver way after they've hung up? I'm done, no reason to continue to throw money at a business that seemingly doesn't want it.

Went and ordered food and my pizza was not done nor was my crazy bread. Spent over 80 bucks and wouldn’t pick up the phone so I drive back up there and they laughed in my face and I told them I didn’t want the food I just wanted my money back and they said they couldn’t so I told them I wasn’t leaving till this was taken care of and they told me they could only give me 50 back of what we paid for the food. So they still owe me money and they are still not cooking it fully!

Shout out to Kevin and his crew tonight. I ordered thru the app and when I went inside to pick up my order, I realized that it wasn't made how I ordered it. It wasn't their fault either as the printer simply didn't print the order properly. Kevin insisted on remaking the pizza although I told him not to worry about it. The pizza was quickly remade and it's delicious. Sorry I didn't get anyone else's name but you guys did a great job. Just know that you all made my night so much better. ?
