The McDonald's on Spring Ave in Decatur AL is the worst I have ever been to. No service at all and when you finally do receive a raw burger and try to get a replacement they yell at you. Won't set foot in this place again.
I've tried to use the app three days in a row. didn't work. no biggie. so I pull up to order. first day, told only accepting cash. I have a card and it's 3am so I'm not getting out anywhere for cash. no biggie. next day I go at the same time and get told they won't be able to make anything until 415. that doesn't make sense because they're 24h. whatever, I left. next day, cash only again after my order confirmed on the app and said the McDonald's has my order. he had to reboot...read full review

McDonald's has made efforts to improve its image and service. This particular McDonald's was very clean and had decent seating areas. The workers were very friendly and professional. It was nice and cool, and the drinks were very nice. Despite some inconsistencies, the restaurant provides quick service and has thoughtful employees. On busy days, the staff works hard to get orders out, and the front lobby staff is attentive to customers' needs. McDonald's is a kid-friendly restaurant, with staff being sweet to children. While some customers have had negative experiences, others appreciate the restaurant's efforts to improve.
