The McDonald's on Spring Ave in Decatur AL is the worst I have ever been to. No service at all and when you finally do receive a raw burger and try to get a replacement they yell at you. Won't set foot in this place again.

Very rarely do I have issues w this location but today, yall really got me good. I like to order biscuits or whatever breakfast for my team as I'm doing my runs. I submitted my order a bit after 10a and was greeted at the order taker at EXACTLY 1030. I was then told that breakfast is over with and that I could not receive my order at all and that I could order lunch if I wanted. They said they would cancel my order. So I huff and puff about it since I don't know my people's lunchtime order. I randomly grab a bunch of mcchickens and cheeseburgers. WELL. I get to the present window and they hand me the wrong order. Guess what it was? BREAKFAST PLATTERS absolutely crazy work, I guess I'll find somewhere else bc i can't w yall

This is the nastiest McDonalds i have ever had in my 30 years of living. The cooks do not wear hair nets, some go from screen to food with no gloves, food is complete cold garbage Bcus you won’t ever get something hot nor warm from here. I live beside this McDonald & I’ve ate here about 5-6 times & every single time I can’t even finish the food. I end up wasting my money every time I come here. I just ordered food, drove 5mins home(maybe), fries look couple days old, burger buns hard as rocks, dry as all get out, nuggets are so cold & so hard they cut the roof of my mouth, & it’s just all around annoying. Don’t worry about going there at night lol, forget about it. Something absolutely has to be done about this McDonald location Bcus it almost feels like highway robbery.

Asked for fresh food and they put well done ? Ig to make their times better but the cooked followed and over cooked my mcchicken when I specifically gave instructions on how I wanted it ….. poor excuse to skip steps on how their hrly rating run … Poor service

This particular McDonalds was very clean and had decent seating areas. The workers were very friendly and proffesional. It was nice and cool, the drinks were very nice but im not sure about the 30 minute time limit. Im sorry but im not gorging my food to beat a 30 minute time limit and i will not ask my wife to do that either. Im sorry yall have loiters but the time limit to eat is not a very comfortable atmosphere.
