This restaurant sucks, the food took forever. The customer service was horrible there was someone at the register for over 30 minutes trying to get someone’s attention and their order taken. After 20 minutes I finally got my food and went to make my drinks. The drinks were disgusting, no carbonation in any of the drinks, they weren’t cold the machines had no ice, I don’t know why i even still come to this one. This is why I go to spring avenue. Their service is 10/10!

I used to like this McDonald's but each new hire is worst then the last and I dont mean by experience but by attitude and rudeness. Took almost 10 minutes to take my order and was short and rude not to mention burger was cold and tossed the bag on the counter and walked off... Dont go here unless you desperate and even then just go to the chik fil a or taco bell down the road

To the manager at this Danville rd. McDonald's... Your company's app malfunctioned and reverted my table top order to drive thru ... You made me actually drive thru to receive my food while my truck is running on borrowed gas from my coworkers... that they managed to pull together and put in my truck to get to the hospital to see my dad who is in ICU on a ventilator and not expected to make it... WHILE the entire rest of family sits in the restaurant and eats... After just leaving the hospital from what very well may be the last time we see him ...Kudos to you lady. You're a real winner.

I remember going to this McDonald's when i was a kid in the 1990's when it was 50's themed with jukebox at the tables and a different 50's model car inside the restaurant every month. My family and I would travel over an hour to see all the artifacts from the 1950's in my opinion it was a huge mistake changing it to a regular McDonald's.
