i came through tonight in the drive thru and i had a mobile order, i got a plain chicken sandwich, i got it, it had pickles, i waited five minutes before someone came to the window and told them it was supposed to be plain, they took the sandwich back through the window, and just took the pickles off of it. this is about the third time they have done this. there was nobody else in line and it took about 25 minutes in total. awful service!!!

Typical McDonald's. Rush you through & don't listen to half of what you requested. Get your bag of food that is all literally thrown in the bag. Fries emptied into the bottom touching the packs of sauces(if you get the sauce) that several employees have touched contaminating your food. I only go here because of my children. The employees from this generation just couldn't care less.
Everything about this place is disgraceful. The floors are sticky. No tables are wiped down. The counters where the fountain drinks sit are sticky. Food and trash everywhere. Garbage overflowing. Bathrooms smells like pee. I’ve seen employees scratch their hand and make an order right after. Saw that same employee eating fries right out of the warmer. She’s rude on top of it. This place is slow, expensive and the employees are retarted. This place needs all new management and employees. So sad

This place has gone way downhill. Stood in the restaurant for a good 15 minutes with no one even acknowledging I was there. Multiple employees walked by me and never spoke. Finally left without ordering or even being spoken to. Good way to go out of business.

Sat in the drive-through for about 20 minutes. Nobody still took her order at the speaker went inside. I had to take the order on the kiosk ordered the food sat down. Waited about 15 minutes. Still no food people that came in after us was receiving their food Finally came out and said the smoothie machine was down. My son replied. He would like a caramel frappe waited for about another 5 to 10 minutes. Somebody came out and said the same thing that the machine was down I told them my son told them that he wanted a caramel frappe they came out with the food finally got the food didn’t receive the small drink Got the food. The nuggets was cold. The fries was cold. Everything was just cold. Not very impressed at all.
