Was in line for 45 minutes before I drove away. They dropped the person's order two on the ground cars ahead of me and that was the closest any one got to getting any food for 45 minutes! Absolutely ridiculous. I was the fourth car in line and when I left there were car wrapped around to the highway.

Placed mobile order. The order was pulled immediately to stop the wait timer. I was asked if I had a mobile order. The order was reviewed and my fries were scooped and placed in a bag in the order prep area. A verbal request was made for the sandwiches ordered. The employee when to the right prep side and handled some food products. Upon return to the front my sandwiches were placed in the fry bag. I was given the food. I immediately picked the fries and showed the to the server who immediately said they were fresh, they had just been brought up a minute ago. I offered to let the server feel a fry, they refused and insisted they were fine. I was not there to argue so I figured that I might be able to eat some and left. The fries did not get any better. One sandwich had a ripped bun as though a previously ready sandwich had been opened to add a tomato. I end up throwing half of the fries away. I am used to fast food service, but this lack of pride in the products and brand were surprising.

NEGATIVE FIVE!
Oh my goodness! This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s ANYWHERE. My family drove down from NC to visit my husband’s uncle. We were exhausted and just wanted to grab something and get to the hotel. We placed our order in the drive-thru and when we got to the window, we were asked to pull up to wait for our order to be brought out. Ok that’s not uncommon. 5 minutes passed. 10 minutes passed. 15 minutes passed. Our patience was diminishing by the second. There was an athletic team in the dining room so we figured maybe they were short staffed and really busy. At the 30 minute mark, my husband went in. They told him the forgot to bring it out! Smh They were apologetic but SERIOUSLY?!!
Oh but it gets better! We dragged our tired selves to the hotel and got settled in our rooms. I’m tired and hungry so I’m happy to just relax. I take a couple of bites of the burger. I don’t know what made me look at the burger, but when I did, I saw pink! 🤢
I’m appalled and utterly disgusted! Be warned. The negative reviews are true! I’m not eating at any McDonald’s in Alabama ever again!

Took way too long manager with the little ponytail never asked or seen about me and I was left out after 20 mins nobody responding came around for them to still be slow even though they was serving only the drive thru and not the inside customer poor Service poor manager

This location is in DESPERATE NEED of NEW MANAGEMENT!!
It's always HORRIBLE! You'd think, just by the odds, it might be ok every once in a while but, he'll no!!
Everything they give you (burgers, fries, nuggets, etc) is ALWAYS the worst version of it that you could imagine! Everything is always cold, burnt (overcooked), stale, or just plain old! It's like they cook everythnig they gonna need for the entire day early in the morning, and let it sit on the floor all day!
ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!
