Minnie Lee’s had really good, comforting, down home food, & the service was fantastic. Did I mention that the price was right? Well, I should have & you ought to try Minnie Lee’s. The folks at Minnie Lee’s will make you feel right at home & work hard to make sure you have a satisfying meal.

This business is now in the old Hardee's building on hwy 31 south. Food is lacking. Was much better when Mrs Minnie was running the business. Very expensive for less good. Not worth the the money !!!

Located in the old Hardee's building off Hwy 31 S across from Francesco's. This is a meat and 2 or 3. My husband and I went after church Sunday. Very busy, but dip style items served in a cafeteria style line so moved fairly fast. We were pleased with our choices.

Visited today after church. Food was not quite ready for service when we arrived, but wow, the food was definitely worth the wait. We will be back!

Needs improvement the seating is set up weird. The food is skimpy and watered down doesn’t have a lot of taste I guess because they are cheap and holding back from putting all the ingredients in. The taste of food is OK but it could be BETTER. The staff is nice and so is the owner.

The food was real good! We will be going back before Christmas to eat and for them to do some catering!

Went for Sunday Lunch and it was really good soul food. Looking forward to another visit. They moved to this location recently and it's the old McCollums Seafood location

We drove to Decatur to see a WW2 era ship and needed a place for lunch. Read a few reviews on this place and decided to give it a shot. Warning, the sign by the street has a different name on it. Not sure if they relocated or what, but it's also not on 2nd st. Anyway walked in and the place wasn't that full. Went to make our selections. All three of us chose the friend pork chop. I had sweet potatoes,Mac n Cheese and dressing. Let me tell you, the dressing was so good, I wish I could have just been handed the pan it was in and a spoon. SO flavorful. Not overbaked and dry at all. Not too much sage. It was perfect and it was heaven. Mac n Cheese was a little runny, but still good. Sweet potatoes were delicious and good. I like mine really soft when cooked and these were perfect. Now to the pork chop. Most times when people fry a pork chop it's A) greasy and B) dry. This was neither. Perfectly seasoned breading. Juicy thick chop and it was HUGE. I was barely able to finish. My girlfriend and her son both enjoyed theirs as well. The only "problem" is the place was a bit warm inside. But after digging in,I didn't mind. If you like soul food, you should go check them out. Friendly staff. Great food. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Food was delicious. Setup is a little odd, but server will direct you in the right direction. Porkchop was tender and crispy coating nice. Squash and onions mix was seasoned just right.
