Thanks to Nash Barbecue, the repass dinner was amazing the food was delicious, they did a wonderful job, I was able to pick the food up early,they couldn't stop talking about how good the chicken, pull pork,baked beans and green beans was .Thanks to the staff that went above and beyond on 104 12th Ave N.W.

I'm from out of town. Went to Nash BBQ 3 straight nights for their wings. The honey hot wings are especially great!

I’m new to Decatur and wanted bbq. Went to Nash’s bbq on Moulton. Order total came to around $43. Small rib plate and rib tip plate with side of rib tips. First off whoever is the manager was telling the cashier the price for adding rib tips to the dinner which at first they stated $3 but charged my card $8.75 for the side of rib tips without letting me know I would be charged $5.75 extra. Don’t they call that theft usually. Then we had to circle around for the food which was fine but they had the rib tips with the sides that I ordered for the small rib plate so we had to scrap out the ribs which was an inconvenience because that’s messy. Please do better because I would like to come back but this experience was terrible to say the least. I will recommend but I will advise that the customer service from the manager on duty was the worst. She had on glasses and was acting like she didn’t even see us in the drive thru. So of course I will know who she is next time to return the same energy.

Service -10000/10 called to place an order, employee answered the line and said one moment, came back on the line and stated can you call back later we are busy and hang up the phone in my face, VERY RUDE! I have never been treated as such at the 12th ave location! I always looked forward coming to by as I don’t live in the city, however with that treatment I will not spend another penny! Employees answering line needs to be trained in customer service!

Worst Barbecue in Decatur. You’ll get second hand service if you’re lucky!! The old man had some good Barbecue out on 20 but they just really DGAF if you like it fine if not they’ll sell it to the locals.

This place needs to rethink how they handle their mistakes with customers orders. My daughter ordered chicken wings flats only. She gets home already upset because someone hit her car from behind. Got a friend to drive her on that side of town to pick up her order. Gets home it’s not what she ordered. Calls Nash and tell the person there her order is wrong, the person who said she’s the manager told her she will have to bring the plate back and let her see it. My daughter explains she was in a car wreck. She was told she still had to bring the meal back. She calls her friend to take her back to Nash. The manager counts the wings and said she can only give her the two that’s not flats. She counted the wings and they were all there. Goes to the back and comes back and tell my daughter two are missing after she already had counted them. The manager said they can only replace the two flats that was missing. At this time the whole order is cold. She was not concerned about this. My daughter asked for her money back!! The manager gave her the money back with no concern of losing a customer. We want to support but also want to be treated fairly! Wings will be bought on the Beltline, they will correct their mistake no problem!!

My friend went in and ordered all flats and they gave her the total opposite. She asked for her money back and they gave her a hard time. Let’s do better with customer service. Don’t get smart with your customers if they are not giving you that energy.

Whole chicken amazing. All the food I've tried has been great. I'm not normally a baked bean fan, but their baked beans are the best ever. I never knew how good baked beans could be until I tried theirs. Rib sandwich, delicious. Staff super friendly. Great experience overall. Will continue to return. <3 Thank yall for being awesome!! ❤
